Sandwiches where excellent. Fresh and tasty. I'm glad we chose the sandwiches we did. Everyone was happy. Great job.
Subway isn't that great in general and this subway is a little worse than other ones I've been to. The bathroom seemed pretty old and a little dirty and the lights were kind of dim. The chicken on the sandwich I had tasted like canned chicken.
Made an online order to pick up. Problem 1: order was not ready for 220pm as stated. Problem 2: didn't make order bc out of bread for one of the three sandwiches ordered. Problem 3: staff stated they called to inform me no multigrain bread. No missed calls or alert on my phone ever from subway. PROBLEM 4: it took another 15 minutes to prepare my order. Kept in mind store is now getting busier. 20 minutes into wait my sandwiches were handed to me. Problem 5: all 3 sandwiches cold, one sandwiches was missing 2 ingredients. I understand the store is busy but I did everything that was supposed and paid my money. Even after being lied too, the extended wait, and messed up order there was no courtesy shown. Not even sorry sir we will get right on it. Not even a complimentary cookie drink anything.
No air conditioning in this subway. My sub was toasted before going in the oven lol other than that good customer service
Quick stop during a road trip just before noon.Pretty quiet. Place looks clean enough. Until you hit the bathroom. Ladies room toilet was DISGUSTING. And it was not from today. You could tell.Let's leave it at that.Opted out of the tuna sandwich because it had way too much mayo and it would be too soggy to eat.The chicken sandwich was good. I was hungry!The spinach was visibly rotten on both containers. I pointed it out to the very nice young girl making my sandwich who stated they had more in the back.I certainly hope they change it.Didn't bother speaking to a manager.If it's this early and this quiet and it's THAT obvious.....why bother?
the place was very clean when me & mom went there it was this guy he was the only one working you can just tell he is an extremely hard worker he has a lot of patience he fixed our food right not just slamming it on our bread I really think this guy should get an raise I didn’t catch his name but that was a few months ago by the way my name is Kierra & the reason I’m writing the review now was because I’m at this 24 hour subway & they were very disrespectful & the store needed some cleaning so if you in this area please visit when I visit I know it was between 11 to 3
Suppose to open at 9AM. They were closed at 10:30. On December 22nd. By the way I saw you in the back smoking a cigarette…. Next time you make any online order. Don’t expect it to be ready. Second time I’ve been to this location and the laziness increases. Don’t go to work if you don’t want to work. Pathetic
Stopped in on evening of 12/19/21 for a typical can't miss quick sandwich. As we're ordering the attendant had ear buds and was talking away to apparently her boyfriend. The wrong bread was given out and as we questioned her she's saying it was the correct bread and talking on her phone during the whole order. Not only did she not make the sandwiches correct, this is very unprofessional and very disrespectful to the customer. Not a problem for me. My money will spend well down the road from now on. I won't be a return customer here!
Staff is always friendly. Love this location.
They were out of all the following items during our visit: sweet tea, unsweet tea, meatballs, Dr Pepper, provolone cheese, pepperoni, and forks. and they did not tell me about the forks until AFTER they made my salad. "do you want a spoon?" they asked.
