I normally get a sandwich here on lunch break but after today i want return. Today i experience the worst customer service every.I would explain what happen but i feel like its pointless because by reading the other reviews no one responds.

This place just got my order completely screwed to the point where I can’t even eat it I orderd 10 cookies as well they were all old as if they were baked Few days ago then when I called the associate answers the phone and the co worker told them to cut the ringer off of the phone
There was a steady stream of customers but only one lady working making subs. My subs were made quickly and were ready good. They are still waiting repairs to their building

I personally have not attended this subway joint, since I have NEVER visited the state of LA. My subway mobile app was hacked and someone decided to order subway every single day off my account charging my discover card with $150 worth of food. I disputed every charge and the credit card company was able to reverse my charges and launch an investigation. This particular branch disputed one of the fraud charge and determined upon themselves that it was a valid charge. I ended up being responsible for this charge at this particular subway location. I find this VERY disturbing...
