Girl in drive through around 7:30 am this morning was very rude. She basically bashed my business, usually you guys have great people, but today I was very shocked and bothered by the experienced I had.
Today’s experience has topped the cake for me with this location. It was 10am on a Saturday morning and they were not accepting cafe orders. This is the second time we’ve had this happen within the last 3 months. They said they could accept mobile or drive through orders so we went outside and placed our order. After about 10 minutes we go inside to see if our order was at the mobile counter. It was not, so we took a seat inside to wait. I ordered a boxed apple juice for my 4 year old so my wife asked the barista if she could just grab the juice out the cooler. The barista rolled her eyes, scouffed at her, made a “shoo” motion with her hand and said, “sure whatever.” Then the same barista made my wive’s drink incorrectly as well. The barista’s name was Abby.Abby, from one former barista to another, if you hate your job just quit.

No matter the day or time the staff here is ALWAYS friendly and kind. I couldn't ask for better service. This store needs to be a training store or something.

Every time I've been to this location there's been a line of 4-5 cars ahead of me but the wait is always reasonable.Justin was a wonderful barista that really got my day started on the right foot!
I don’t usually do bad reviews but this location is the worst in Lafayette. ALWAYS out of things, trash always overflowing. I’ve managed coffee shops before and what I see are very polite employees and poor management. Today on both my drink orders I had to keep changing because of the litany of things they were out of. Trash falling out of can into floor. Kids working hard unable we to keep up. Clearly this is a management issues.
My drink could be a little bit hotter, however my kids enjoyed their caramel fraps.
For making 3 drinks, service was pleasant and quick. They all came out delicious. 3 tall (small) drinks, frappe, Chai tea latte and a mocha for under $15.
Im a new coffee drinker and went to a location and told the employee what the AC location employee fixed for me.he told me he could not do that and was not helpful so I went out of my way and went to the Ambassador location and the employees were amazing and helpful..my drink was awesome.i will definitely will be only going to that location
