I was having trouble logging into the app to scan my birthday reward. The employees helped me to obtain my birthday drink and made my day! Their customer was AMAZING! I wish I would have asked their names so I could give them a shout out but if you read this, thank you!!!

The Lady Taking Orders Was So Nice And Friendly. She Recommended Her Favorite Drink to try , Although I Ended up Getting This one I Definitely Wasn't Disappointed. This was a caramel crunch Frappe & it Was Ohh So Good !

I love Starbucks go there almost every morning everyone is always so nice and sweet my drink always tastes delicious and if something is wrong which is almost never they remake for me with no problems love they breakfast sandwiches almost all of them like everyone wishes they price could be cheaper lol but collect those points on the app
I purchase coffee almost everyday from Starbucks. However the taste of their beverage’s are never consistent. Especially at the location on Pinhook Rd in Lafayette Louisiana. For one the employees are not the friendliest! Second, I can order the same cup of coffee 5 times in one day and they will all taste different. In some cases that could be considered ok if the taste of the beverage is good. Unfortunately your cup of coffee may taste like a cup of warm milkOr you get a half cup of foam, froth even when you’ve asked for that to be eliminated. It may have a burnt taste or taste like coffee grinds. I have traveled to the Broussard Louisiana location with no issues. The problem is that I don’t always have time to travel to that location when I want to purchase a cup of coffee.Today I ordered 2 beverages and they remade the drinks twice due to it tasting like steamed water and milk . The employee at the window said something in regards to the machine was putting out water. But the employee behind her gave backlash towards us not liking the taste of the coffee.They will argue with you and tell you what it’s supposed to taste like. Which from the customer it tastes nasty! It’s like warmed blended water with something. I chose Starbucks because their coffee was good at some point and the employees enjoyed being there. Solution to my problem will obviously not come from Starbucks but from me going to another another coffee house , give up coffee or make my coffee at home.
Extremely cool people here with great customer service. I Totally recommend the chicken and bacon brioche' for a breakfast food!!!
Very disappointed in my stop this morning.I'm almost never early on my way to work, so I decided to grab myself a quick treat.I ordered a cold brew and waited in line. When I got to the window, I was informed they were out of cold brew and had made me a regular ice coffee. While I appreciate the attempt to correct the issue, I was charged cold brew prices (higher) for a more bitter and lower caffeine coffee, that I would never normally drink. I barely like coffee as it is.Apparently the orders in front of me were complicated, because, by this point, I was officially late for work and therefore had no time for any alternatives.What a waste of $6. And my time.
3 stars only because this guy was talking about me when I came back in after giving us sour heavy cream 2 times. Batistas were very friendly though. Maybe they need training on food safety? ?
