Had the bibimbap... haven't had that dish for over a decade. It was amazing! Had the blueberry hill to drink and enjoyed every sip. Great service. Beautiful patio seating. Lively but not chaotic. Will definitely be back when we're back in town!
I stopped in Lafayette on my way to New Orleans and enjoyed dinner here with my wife and two kids. Although we arrived on Saturday night at 6pm, there was only a 15 minute wait. The food and service were both stellar. I ordered the grilled fish (mahi while I was there) - it was cooked to perfection and super flavorful despite being relatively simple on paper. My wife loved the butter lettuce salad and tuna tostada and both kids enjoyed their meals. The space is very cool and it definitely has an adult vibe, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating toward us with our young children. They also offer a kids menu and crayons. On top of all of this the prices were very reasonable for everything. I'll definitely make it a point to come back here if/when I find myself back in Lafayette.

Pretty neat location to grab a bite to eat and socialize! It's an old gas station that has been convert into an unique experience. I got a commander burger and tuna on a toastada. I really enjoy my meal. Great flavors and presentation. If you in the area give it a try for a tasty blend of flavors ?
Great service! A surprising menu with everything from the familiar burgers to amazing fusion items. I had the duck Bao, which was spectacular! I've got to go back and try more of the menu items because everything looks unique and inviting. Treat yourself to unique and share so I know what to try next time!
We had a great lunch here while traveling with our pup. The mussels were some of the best we’ve had! The staff are fantastic & the atmosphere was really fun. We’ll definitely be back when visiting Lafayette! Cheers!!
Service was INCREDIBLE but everything we ate was bland. Maybe we just caught it on a bad night but most of food seemed pretty much tasteless aside from the awesome rolls, which were honestly just okay.My chicken sandwhich was very dry and the slaw on top added no flavor.The look of this place was really cool, and I loved how nice and friendly the staff were, just wish the food was as good as I had heard.
Visited here this Thursday afternoon and had a really great lunch. Service was quick, kind, and attentive. The food was really tasty and for a great price too. I really liked the outdoor seating area but would have been happy to sit inside as well. I’m not from the area but if I’m back I’ll definitely make sure to eat at Spoonbills!
