On July 9 2022 I went to get a good burger and I arrived at 10:45 pm it took me 30 minutes to order my food I had to call to see wheat the hold up was in the Drive through and then finely I was able to order my food I ordered a #3 with a large tater tot with cheese and a lg Coke The food was just nasty all the way around it it was just nasty There was fighting in the building there was cursing there was arguing yelling at the top of their lungs service was just terribly terribly bad I willl never buy food from there again
Worst sonic experience I've ever had!! Waited over twenty minutes for my order. Manager explained this away with, well its a mad house. If I could give negative stars I would. Someone really needs to get on top of management here. When I complain the manager actually hit on my window after I rolled it up. Demanding my name.
We enjoyed a great double cheese burger.Only problem is when we went to pay, the young lady at the window gave us only one dollar back. She said she didn't have the 85 cents change and was that ok. Our change from a twenty was 1.85. We told her NO it was not ok and we would like all our change. Funny she returned with the correct change due us.How many people has she cheated out of their change? This was foolish on her part. She knew exactly what she was doing. She wasn't a child.
I ordered a small Oreo blast and added peanut butter. The person taking my order left her mic on while having a personal conversation with another employee. She would go back and forth from taking the order to talking so I had to repeat myself because she wasn’t listening. The blast came out fast, but it was basically vanilla ice cream with peanut butter mixed in and a few crushed Oreos on top. This picture was after I had stirred it myself.
25 min for food at a sonic? When I got it completely cold. Wow epic fail. When I sent it back I got informed that it is not their fault that my food is cold. I’ve done Foodservice for over 10 years myself. If you are serving cold food it is your fault.
A couple of weeks ago I order a meal. Got my burger made wrong. They wouldn't correct it and charge me extra.As of today, took 5 minutes to take my order. No one else in line at drive thru and 2 vehicles ahead waiting for food. Waiting in line for 8 minutes to receive food. Get this, got food 2 minutes before my drink was ready. ?
Not a fan of sonic other than the blast. But rest of family likes it and said this one was good. The waitress that brought our food was super friendly and genuinely seemed like she liked her job and wanted to be there. That's a lot ij this day and age.
The foods always great but there was only only car hop she wasn't úgly from being stressed especially since the place was pàcked
