Everytime I come to this location it's a horrible experience, I've only came here twice since January and this would be my second time. First time all I ordered was a ultimate burrito and the burrito was literally thrown together it looked like a fat small roll with all the meat just piled i n the middle, then I requested two salsa's because sometimes they forget and the manager in the window had the audacity to charge me 25 centers per pack when on the receipt she rang up side salsa and it said 0.00 but she added a misalanous sale and charged my card .50 when I got the bag there was already salsa in here it's so frustrating please next time let me know that you have included two in the bag already, then today I order two things a sandwich and a foot long mayo and grilled onions on both and low and behold there's no mayo on anything and the patty is so dry its not even funny and with a scarce amount of grilled onions. I am so frustrated, the car hops were fantastic but please since when do you guys charge for sauce? And just put mayo when requested because the packs of light mayo are disgusting I will not be dining here again for a long time, such a shame.
Overall pretty good place. I just stopped for a drink that I purchased through the app. Best deal around.
Went to grab something at 9:20 was told they were out of patties, asked for mozzarella sticks was told they were out oh those also, asked for a milkshake was told the machine is down, tbh it was the fact the employees were cleaning and didn't feel like taking my order, the store closes at 10 not 930 or whenever employees feel like tellling a customer they cant be served.
Got it 3 stars for slow service. Food was good. But the Johnston street location is was better than the Youngsville location.
I ordered 3 meals and only received two drinks and one side. When I finally got my "meal" 15 minutes later, I checked the receipt. I was charged for the burgers and drinks when I clearly said the numbers of the combo and drinks. So I just took it and went home cause I waited forever already. Get home and none the food is hot and my drinks are very watered down. My daughters bbq chicken has a little sauce on it but it's not covered like the menu showed. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger toaster. There was no onion ring on it and the pickles and onions tasted sour. The bacon was burnt looking and hard. This was just an overall very bad experience. I never really go to Sonic and now I definitely will not in the future.
Great for fast food..greatest is the Reese's blast.. my favorite! All the varieties of drinks they make gives you lots of options ❤️
Literally some of the stupidest workers I have ever seen. How hard is it to make a plain burger with bacon only ☠️ literally had to re-state the same thing over and buddy over here, Walmart Brand Russ lookin boy STILL manages to mess it up, then took around 10 min. For a remake. This guy owes me about $10 in gas money. THIS LOCATION SUCKS EVERY TIME
Good food but I wanted my favorite slush. The machine was down. Not good! I got one somewhere else. They lost business!
Drove in pressed red button, waited. Looked red button off. Pressed it again. Same thing 5 times. No voice no message on the screen. Pressed again. Blew horn, stepped out and asked a hop. No answer. Another approached me and told me they were very busy and bid not have time. As I backed out, asked another employee and was told they could only handle so many orders at a time. I was refused service. Very poor management.
Went to my local Sonic tonight. I went through the drive through. Drive through was closed. No big deal so I parked, first stall is broken, I move to another, push the button, nothing. 5 more minutes and nothing. I push it again. 5 more minutes go by. A worker comes on and says I'll be with you in a minute sir. I said thank you. 10 more minutes go by! The screen stops showing that the "red button is pushed". I push it again and wait another couple of minutes and after nothing I left.Instead I went to a small burger place in my local town called Patriot Inn located in Maurice LA. If you're near by you should stop in the burger was the best burger I've had anywhere lately. Add fries and it was a great meal.
