The sodas are always filled with too much ice even when I ask for 'light on the ice'. If I want to pay $3 for ice I'll go buy a bag at the gas station. When I buy a soda I want the soda and not a cup full of ice.
Had to wait forever to place order. Then they told us to go to drive thru to pick up order and that took at least 5 minutes. Order was correct and waitress was nice.
Everything was over cooked. Burger smelled like that meat was bad. On top of our order not being right. Not coming to this sonic ever again.
When we got there, we parked instead of drive thru due to large order. Over 30 minutes have passed and still waited on food. Press the button to check on order. I was told to hold and then asked what I wanted to order. I said that I have already placed an order and still have not received it. I was told basically to wait. Order finally came out and oh:1. Kids corn dog order had a balled up receipt inside that wasn't even my order.2. Missing a drink3. Two sonic blast drinks were melted.He took drinks back to get them redone. Came back without drinks cause wanted receptor. Then came back with drinks and no receipt.It was over an hour before we left.
It was my first time using app and i was not sure how to do and a car hop came and helped me.very kind of her.i love the app esp 1/2 ]price drinks
Long wait gave me soggy fries but they did give me to ice cream cone tickets to make up for them being soggy ....
Was going to do a review on the sonic website but the receipt from this location has no store number for me to enter. ??♀️The signs show blasts are full of the cookies throughout, hence the $5 price. Not a cup of vanilla ice cream with oreo sprinkles. Very bummed, never had this issue at other locations. So strange!
The burgers were good and it didn't take long to be served. Everything was just as ordered. Customer service was great.
Expensive for fast food..not always hot food
I usually only go for their limited edition blasts so I can't speak for the food but the service has always been good. The drive thru person has always had a mask on (not always properly, but they'll fix it when they see me wearing mine) which is nice.
