Good service but the ice had a strange taste
I pulled up to Sonic for some ice cream. I was told I had to go through the drive through. So I went through the drive through and ordered a chocolate mint shake. I received a chocolate milkshake which tasted okay. I was a little disappointed. I realize every food establishment is working on a bare minimum staff.
Ordered 2 cheese burgers and a foot long coney tonite at around 7:30 pm. Both burgers were stone cold as was the coney. Order took around 20 to 25 minutes or so. Let me just say it'll be a "Stone Cold" day in hell before I frequent that joint again. I wish I could qive it a minus 10 stars.
Did the mobile ordering. The screen said my waitress was on the way with my food. Only to turn out it wasn't true. Waited 20 minutes before asking where my food was. They said it was on the way once again. Only for the guy to come out give me the wrong order. Takes it back 2 minutes later come back with my order. Only for my food to be cold and some of it still wrong.
They always mess up my orders and all the staff but one gentleman I believe he's a manager and always at the drive thru window.. he's the only one with any real customers service skills. Everyone else is just rude
ordered our food on the app at 745pm got there at 812pm didn't get food till 850pm. they were not taking anyone in the stalls you had to go through drive thru. so our food is cold. when he got to the window they through his bags at him
Slowest sonic ever it took longer than 5 mins for an ice water on 2 different occasions.
Sonic has been low key one of the more consistent fast food chains than many others. One of my favorite places to go for a quick bite to eat.
very rude and the workers don't know how to get orders right. this Sonic sure doesn't measure up to Burger King because you definitely don't get it your way. ? definitely won't be going spend money at this location anymore, looks like I'll be going to the Kaliste Saloom location from now on.
Probably the freshest tasting food from any Sonic I've ever been to. I will definitely be back again!
