I love Sonic, but they are "out of chocolate" way too many times for me to give this 5 stars. I have been to multiple locations, many times to be told they couldn't make my hot fudge shake because they were out of chocolate.

I just ordered a bacon toast sandwich and my bread was hard my bacon and meat was burnt my tots tasted old. I used to think that was the beat sonic by me but I won’t be going back. That’s the third time I go and it’s not good
They got my order wrong the first time but quickly corrected it so it wasn't that much of an issue but it'd be appreciated if they didn't do that again
It was early for lunch but they were probably at 40% capacity at the time, after ordering it couldn't have been more than 3 minutes when my order arrived. Hot, not soggy and most importantly( to me anyway ) what I ordered.
Why in the world is Sonic putting sweet pickles on a hamburger? It should be dill pickles, not sweet. Someone has messed up.

Waited 30 minutes after they bumped off my mobile order before leaving (after talking to them and having several cars that showed up after me get their orders first). I never received my order (paid in advance). It was just a basic combo. They can keep the money. I'm done with Sonic.
