Bless the morning crew because they are all sweethearts and have great customer service so does the night crew but night crew cooks needs to get it together as far as cooking I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and the bacon on the burger was half raw I never seen bacon like that in my life on a burger some people may like it but some people want they bacon fully cooked anyway besides that night the food here is always good and hot when coming to you but keep up the good customer service
Literally SLOW! Every single time I go I wait up to 15 minutes just for somebody to come on speaker to take order then u have to wait another 20-30 minutes for food or even drinks! Went tonight and waited so long for my food and drinks just for my fry’s to be ROCK HARD. & the drink wasn’t even mixed . Smh. It’s ALWAYS SLOW. Hire more workers!! 3 people cannot run the store alone.
Had them redo my order that was cold…Food was still cold…. The only thing that was hot was the pickle fries… I could not even eat the other food looked like they messed with it. I definitely don’t trust the employees with my food. Want be going back to that location ??
Hey everyone reading this go get the app and load up on the good stuff. Just had a great tasting cheeseburger for free and chili frito wrap for breakfast this very morning. All through the app.
My typical grievance is that they don't seem to understand what "easy ice" means. But it's gotten worse. Recently had foreign objects in my food that landed me in the ER. Not happy AT ALL!!!!
Pulled in at 9:55pm last night just to get some shakes. Pressed button and waited. Place was moderately busy but at 10pm on the dot, guy with no personality comes over speaker and says, “we are closed” twice. Nothing else was said despite posted hours online are till midnight. We all left while cars were constantly pulling in to the place. Gladly went down the road to Dairy Queen and got what we all wanted. Thought you should know as all your would be customers were leaving and going next door to McDonald’s or other competitors down the road.
The young female getting the orders acted like she didn't hear us while the fast food place was busy. Definitely a terrible experience felt bad until I realized she was doing it to others as well.. went back 20 minutes later after everyone had left no issues with different person which was a male..
It's sonic ya know. Food is consistent with other sonic locations. This particular sonic has exceptionally slow service. Even when they aren't busy they still take a while to take your order then bring it out. I've waited numerous times 10 mins or longer for a cup ice.
Since the pandemic, I've seen an overall drop off in all aspects of all the area Sonics. Burger had clearly been cooked at least an hour before I got it. Jalapeno poppers were tough... I didn't eat them all. The pretzel was good. No ranch with poppers even though I ordered it. Drink order was wrong.
Y’all are always beyond slow with service. They wait over 15 mins to take orders when the location is not busy at all. Get better management to schedule people who can actually work.
