Cook the food right in front us, so dinner and a show. Never been to anything like it.Only problem was I order the chicken and shrimp and the chef forgot to make the shrimp. No big deal, told the waiter and he promptly had my shrimp made in the back.I went with a group of people, so it is understandable the chef forgot to make something.I order the chicken and shrimp combo plate.It came with a cup size portion of soup, cup size portion of salad, noodles(can choose rice or noodles), servings of chicken and shrimp and mixed vegetables.Great price, great food, great service!Would like to go here again.
Usually love this place but picked up a late lunch there today, not realizing they were about to close until dinner, which is yes a bit inconsiderate on our end. We got terrible news, and all I wanted was Shinto, to maybe in some small way make me feel better. I guess they were upset that we were picking up so late, because the crab mix was orange instead of pinkish red and white, and tasted awful. They filled all three of our rolls to the brim with it like they were trying to get rid of the stuff. I ate a few but really couldn’t get past the disgusting flavor, and then my stomach started aching like hell. Thanks ?
The service was amazing however tge Sushi Chef failed... all of my rolls fell apart... they looked amazing but was not able to enjoy my meal....
I’m giving it two stars bc the experience was awful. The sushi and sashimi were good. We got there at 7:30, didn’t get sat until 8:30, then we were put into a dark, weird corner of the far end of the restaurant. Our sushi came out pretty quick and we were done eating by 9. The rest of our party and our son ordered hibachi. The chef didn’t show up to the table until 9:45. He apologized and said they only had two chefs, however they failed to disclose this info at the front. Had we known this, we would have gone somewhere else, instead here I am leaving a poor review. When we got our bill, they had charged us for several items from another party. The whole experience was just terrible.
The sushi here has definitely got to be some of the best sushi I’ve ever had! With a great staff and a great atmosphere this place is definitely recommended!
The scallops entree was cooked perfectly! Can't wait to go back... absolutely delicious!!!

This was my first time at Shinto. I was not impressed with the Sashimi sampler. It had octopus, fake crab and some weird fish cake. The clear soup wasn't too great either. We did enjoy the variety of sushi rolls we sampled however.
8/15/2021, ordered take out and the food was dry and small portion for $27 plus dollars. I called to report that my food was dry/no flavor and shrimp and salmon was missing the sauce which is why I get the same order because of the sauce and the manager didn’t take ownership to make it right. His response “once you leave, we can’t do anything about your food not being right” well why have white closed containers and double tie your to go bag. The rice, noodles and seafood was very dry and a waste of $30, time and gas. The manager showed very poor customer service. Will never order from Shinto again. Next time I want Hibachi, I’ll go to Tokyo down the road or else where. 8/15/2021, due to manager excuses and response, lost my business for good!
