I ordered on the app and got there on time. Order was said to be ready by 12:06 pm. I ordered ahead of time because I was picking up during my lunch time and didnt have much time. Supposedly it wouldve been faster didnt get my order at all curbside until i went inside and asked for it. Even then my order wasnt right.
This location has been disappointing lately. I got two 3 pieces. Asked for well done and they were extremely soggy. Asked for fries instead of toast, got toast. Hadn’t had canes in a while and thought wed give it a shot. Guess not!! ??
If you ask someone a question, you’re supposed to wait for them to answer before you respond. Drive thru workers have been very rude for my past 3 visits. I understand rushed happen and your drive times are important but I was the only person in line.
this is one of those best and the tastiest chicken tenders i've ever taste plus their sauce are extremely tasty and loveable! and i will come back to this again!
Not sure why but the chicken had absolutely no taste and the coleslaw tasted like miracle whip. Raising Canes has went downhill.
I’m leaving good stars because we’ll it’s the best. But why are there people with computers walking around taking orders and then 2 kids at the window to take the food from the window and hand it to the driver. Can’t we just go back to normal. It was way faster ?

Busy but the line move quick. Hot and fresh everytime if not they will fix it. They have delivery with waitR and doordash. Friendly fun staff and clean facility.

Fries hot but mushy. Bread not browned enough. Chicken tender crust was not crispy at all. Thank goodness it was just $5.
