Been Here many times and the order is always made correctly. Food is always hot and fresh. Since the drive thru line is always pretty long, I order online and take advantage of the Popeyes Rewards. Staff has always been very nice and has gone the extra mile multiple times to be sure that everything was correct. In my opinion this is easily the best Popeyes in the Acadiana area.

The food is good but the wait in the drive thru is ridiculous.

We decided to stop and grab a quick bite to eat. And when I went to give everyone their food, this is what I found. On the bottom, of a kids 12 piece nugget. ??? The biscuit was cold and hard. Along with the fries. This is absolutely disgusting and had to toss out the food due to the BLACK MOLD. Y’all need to do better. Definitely will not be back.

Overall I enjoyed my meal 2day hot fresh and the fast the drive thru line have gotten better with the quickness ??

Waited in line for a while (15 minutes) before we could even place our order. I'm not sure what's going on in there. Even when you get to the window they ask you to pull over or up and they will walk out your food. ? Is 2 ppl working in there? Shut the place down if y'all can't manage it properly. This is not the first time. So I had to come warn y'all.

My order was accurate and delicious as always!

WhatsApp, wach one, licke one?

For some reason the batter always comes out soggy. Long wait times.

Eat here often. Chicken is good but order is usually wrong and size of chicken is getting bad for the price. For what I order is usually about 65.00 total so to have food wrong really makes me upset.

Food was slightly below decent. Woman who took order was nice. Too long of a wait in drive thru line. Saw 3 vehicles leave. Unsure of why it seemed slow on this visit. I only visit Popeyes 1-2x a year though. No root beer or Mountain Dew. Order was correct. Chik fil A has above excellent service - maybe use a trick from their playbook? Just a recommendation.
