If I could give a zero , I would. Worst experience twice in a row. Horrible customer service, the lady stopped taking my order right in the middle to help a waiter pick up, how rude . This was after waiting 15 mins to order while she visited with previous customer.....needless to say we left before placing our order, and ill never go back!
Fast, friendly, and quality service! Had my order of 12 spicy chicken tenders within 8 minutes of placing my order, and they were cooked to perfection!
Popeyes fell off bad. Crazy expensive for the amount of food you get. The pieces of chicken are smaller. They always short you on the sides. ( Filling up half way). And it seems to still be drive thru only
Very busy on a weekday at lunch, so it took a long time to order. The food was fresh and tasty though and the service was friendly.
i was going through the drive thru at about 9:30 and when i got to the window i had to reorder my food that i had already ordered at the speaker. the manager inside then began to shout at the boy that was helping the girl in drive thru. terrible service! i will not be back!
The chicken was soooo good makes you wanna slap your momma! Then the customer service was great! I felt like I was at home. I never experienced such a great atmosphere in a restaurant. They definitely have magic at this location
Brittney took my order with accuracy and was also happy to see Kennedy at the window. The food was fresh and ready when I paid for my food. Great customer service! I’m a regular and love how quickly I’ve been getting my food. Definitely gonna keep coming back! Thanks Popeyes!
This Popeyes is the only one I will continue to give my business to the manager here is so friendly and does the job great as well as the employees. Everytime we go there they always greet us with a smile it feels like home there.
Just went there at 11:25 lunchtime. Got the 3 wing combo. Chicken is not fresh, Apple pie is not fresh and biscuit is hard. A waste of $12.67. NEVER AGAIN. Should have gone to Church's or Cane's
Great Experience here recently! Must say the quality of service is starting to improve! Staff store mgr was exceptionally nice (African America lady with black hair) was exceptionally friendly. We need more ppl in this world dedicated to making someone’s day better.
