Pizza Hut on Ambassador Caffrey Lafayette.Ice cold pizza and boneless wings.Wings were not even tossed in sauce.Extremeely disappointed.If I am ever back in Lafayette I will not be ordering again .
Regardless the time of day, the service here is spectacular and professional and I received hot food perfect to come home to. Thanks for the great service
TL;DR - Pizza Hut outsources every function it can and the customer experience is trash as a result, even though the in-store people are great.----Full review -I ordered delivery on the night of April 6, 2022. I am a regular customer of this location and have never experienced an issue before this one. The actual pizza itself was great, along with the staff in-store. The experience of ordering delivery and what transpired after, however, was a complete nightmare. I ordered through Pizza Hut, but my delivery was outsourced to DoorDash. When the order arrived, I quickly realized they delivered the wrong order. I attempted to contact the DoorDash driver, but there was no contact information because the order was marked delivered. DoorDash support - once I reached them - told me I had to contact Pizza Hut. I called the local number for this location and sat on hold for over 20 minutes. I actually drove to the location while still on hold. I believe the guy at the location was named Tony - he was a rockstar! He explained that the DoorDash person took two orders - one being mine, the other being the order I actually received - and that they likely just delivered the wrong one. After I explained to him that I could not get help from DoorDash and they told me to contact Pizza Hut, he understood and immediately went to work remaking the order. This entire time, I'm still on hold with Pizza Hut, but I noticed I didn't hear any phones ringing in the building. Turns out, Pizza Hut outsources calls to call centers who can't really do anything but apologize - I found this out after they finally answered a few minutes after I left the restaurant with my order. So, my call never even went to the restaurant. I don't hold the staff in-store at fault at all because they were amazing and there were only TWO people working for some reason. I understand staffing is tough these days, but maybe Pizza Hut or its franchise owner should do something about that - offer people more money, treat them better - something! The customer experience suffered because of Pizza Hut's outsourcing of both its delivery function and its customer care function. The actual in-store people were great and the product I received was exactly as-expected. But...do better, Pizza Hut. If you're going to outsource delivery, at least make it easy for the customer to report an issue. And - staff your stores. Those people were working so hard last night and they were totally understaffed.

Never received my bread sticks that I ordered, took two and a half hours to get pizza and by the time it got there it was cold
While the app said the order would take 28 mins to fulfill I drove in at the 18 min mark. My order was ready the place was well kept looking and the worker was prompt and nice. Not at all like the opelousas, la stores which is where I am from. I have to drive an additional 30 mins to get good service
