Placed an order at 4:47 pm. Tried to calling to see what is going on with the order later at 5:30 pm and had been on hold over 15 minutes. The order never moved on the tracking app. Called again but pressed the option for a new order and still was on hold over 10 minutes before I was able to get someone to cancel the order. This was supposed to be a treat for my child.
Terrible service. I’ve been waiting 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered after being told it would take 45 mins.I called the store manager about 50 mins ago he said someone came and knocked on my door but we didn’t answerI told him I was in my house I was would of heard a knock or someone ringing my doorbellHe then went on to tell me Pizza Hut workers do not ring doorbellsI asked for a refund he refusedHe’s sending another pizza and making me pay for itI don’t even want it anymore.Also when I visited the store & the workers smelledBurnt marijuana and had liquor on their breathPlease do yourself a favor and never order from this dirty unreliable poor serving Pizza Hut
Been waiting almost 2 hours for my order and there is no way to reach the store itself, just the call center. Pizza Hut, you need to do better! It's no wonder you aren't as popular as you were 30 years ago!
I ordered online, they accepted it, charged my card and then cancelled the order. The hours said they opened at 10:30 but they actually didn't open until 1:30. I had to find out from a door dash driver.
Ordered a pizza at 6:20pm. Called the store at 8pm to check on my order was left on hold with employees refusing to answer. Called back 10 mins later to cancel the order an employee answered when they thought I wanted to place a new order then put me back on hold when I stated I wanted to cancel my order. After waiting on hold another eternity they got tired of me waiting and picked up the receiver to hang it up on me without speaking.this was at 830 pm. 2 hours after placing my original order.
So I ordered pizza and came to pick it up and they was closed I ordered my food at 8 pm and came at 8:30pm and it doesn't close til 11 pm and they were 3 cars other than mine waiting for their food as well and the guy left and cursed a lady out , before she could even get in to pick up her food . This is ridiculous other people paid through the site luckily I did not This is just wrong
I tried calling the store several times to let them know that I was at curbside and no one picked up the phone. I mentioned it to the person who brought the pizza to me. The sign shows to call when at curbside. Answering the phone and stating the pizza will be ready shortly would be a nice courtesy.
I did not receive the 2 red pepper shakers and two parm cheese shakers that I ordered. I also paid extra for deep dish crust on one of my Tastemaker pizzas and it was regular crust instead of the deep dish. I scheduled my order to arrive at 5pm. I placed the order at 3:30, but the order still was 20 minutes late.
Make sure it is freshly baked, not something that has been just sitting under a light!!
Easy to order in the app. And timely delivery.
