First time there. Staff so helpful with suggestions! Pizza was very good and wonderful friendly staff! I will come again when I'm in town. Customer service done right!

Never had issues with the food here before. Always friendly staff and great pizzas. Not a great experience today though. Placed an online order and the pizzas had not been started when we showed up about 5 minutes early. No problem, I understand it's easy to get behind on orders sometimes. Both pizzas were made incorrectly with wrong toppings and they forgot cheese on one. After pointing out the issues, the response from the staff was overall sarcastic and indifferent. The lake charles location has always been excellent and we usually have a good experience with this location in Lafayette, but today's experience was far different than usual.

My husband asked me to try here again tonight. I was hesitant because the last 2 times beforehand they didn't make it Gluten-free the first time, but decided to let him pick the place. This time, I warned the guy taking my order i wasn't paying for it to be made wrong again. Well, I got a Gluten-free crust. . . with pasta on the top. When this place 1st opened, everything worked like a well oiled machine. For the last few months, the service has gone downhill. Not once in all this time were we asked if our decision to have the Gluten-free was an allergy. For all I know, the sauce still wasn't right. Once during that time, my sauce was incorrect and they knew because they were asking if it was an allergy. It was subbed and I didn't have to pay for it. Tonight, we told them they were going to eat the cost of this third mistake and the manager caught an attitude. The real problem is high turnover rate of employees. So high that there's no one fully trained to train the newbies. Which obviously means that they aren't treating their employees well, either. Ive heatd Blaze pizza os good. Guess im going to have to try it. The two stars are because they did actually have clean tables for the 1st time in 6 months.

Our favorite pizza place. We love being able to choose so many toppings, the whole wheat crust, the drizzles, etc. My kids love the hand washing station, too. They must have washed 6 times. ?

If I could give no stars I would.... We have been coming to this location since it first opened and tonight's experience will keep me from ever coming back! 8 employees and it took 30 minutes in line for them to even make the pizzas... The employees looked like they didn't know what to do... It would go from 3 of them making the pizzas to only 1 when there was at least 5-6 pizzas waiting to be made. They would make a pizza and then go sweep or attempt to wipe down the disgusting counter and then go back to making a pizza without washing their hands! The ingredient area was a mess.... Spinach in the hamburger meat container... Pasta in the ham... Cheese everywhere...i had to watch to make sure something didn't end up in my pizza that i didn't ask for. I watched them make a mac n cheese pizza and put bacon on it, then scrape off the bacon and hide what they couldn't get off with more cheese because they realized the customer didn't want bacon. I think corporate needs to come in and get this location whipped back into shape... Totally disgusting!

I've been here plenty of times and have typically had good experiences. I decided to come for the first time in a while and found it took a little longer than it usually would. I ordered on the phone because I wanted it to be ready when I got there. I was told it would take about 15 minutes but it ended up taking a little over 30 minutes. It also looked like somebody who got there before I did was waiting for a while and just left. Pizza was good and staff was friendly. Maybe it was just a bad day?

Pizza artista advertises a build-your-own option, but they don’t disclose anywhere on the menu, that your limited to 8 toppings. Any toppings over 8 your charged extra for. On top of that they count your first cheese as a topping so your really limited to 7. Also the up charge for food accommodations like gluten free crust and non dairy cheese is a bit high in my opinion.

I see this place has gone down hill. First off, it’s filthy. Walking to the restroom I almost fell from the grease on the floor. Second, the area of options to put on pizza is disgusting. There’s items that don’t belong in holders in almost everyone. Which is a hazard if someone is allergic and just gross in general. Clean up your area as you go. Third, I wanted Alfredo as my sauce. The girl brings out an empty bottle. Squirts out the smallest amount of sauce you could ever put on a pizza. Instead of going get a fresh bottle to add more to it. Hands it off to the next person who then puts the smallest amount of mozzarella and crawfish you could. So basically I’m going to be eating dough. Yum. So I decided to leave. Not going to pay over $10 for a pizza that is just dough. No sauce. Barely any toppings. I could go to an actually pizza place then here. This picture doesn’t do justice to how dirty it is.

It was a fun experience ...different but overall okay. Super chill place... i do suggest just better upkeeping ...tray slots were full and limited clean tables.

We had the Tuesday 2x1. Flavor was ok, but there seemed to be no cheese!
