Excellent bobo tea mix. Expensive but I’m returning.So you want the customer to pay you for using there credit card to buy your food. Plus tip. Isn’t that why plates of food and drinks cost a certain amount to cover all the cost.I've done research on this. Each time it actually cost more to do business with cash only. Hard to steal credit card transactions. There are also other things to consider.That fee, when paid by your business, is a deductible expense at tax time. So the customer pays it, and the owner gets to deduct it. Double dipping at its finest.
I come to this place at least once a week & while the Tea & Food are good, the service is terrible. A new person every time I come who has no idea what’s going on, the wait for things I ordered ahead of time is getting longer & longer due to the one person working running around trying to help everyone, it’s been taking 10-15 mins for someone to even talk to me when I walk in & 4 times in a row so far the boba was unavailable for drinks due to nobody making it so I had to start ordering the drinks without it. This place has been a favorite since they opened but it’s continually getting worse. They may also want to update the app & change their signs. Everything says opens at 10 but they don’t get there until 11.
Nice facility, clean and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The reason for three stars no one explaining the menu at all to me and my family I told the host and server this was my first time here so I just use my gordon Ramsay skills to help me out. I drink smoothie,tea,slushy no problem for me. Now the food was kinda tuff Noone explaining anything so I went with popcorn chicken appetizer and spicy hot pot both were delicious and flavorful. But I wanted more but didn't have help deciding.
Placed an order for pickup on the app. When I arrived the doors were locked. I called several times and no one would pick up the phone.
The Thai tea is really good \\u0026 boba even better. It’s a little on the sweeter side of the Thai teas I’ve had but my family and I did enjoy it. Jasmine tea was a little strong for my taste, I like it not as strong. But I guess that is about preference, not necessarily a reflection on them. Customer service was super welcoming and friendly. Restaurant was very clean. I will be back.
Cleanest restaurant around. Food super fresh n very healthy. Employees friendly. Good atmosphere. Known to have best Pho in Lafayette. Their signature honey boba delish in any one of their teas, milk teas, smoothies and slushies.
Went for the first time today after reading numerous raving reviews. They did not disappoint. Food & teas were incredible. We tried everything.. various phos, a bahn mi sandwhich and one version of the vermicelli bowl. All great! We will definitely be back in the near future. Our server was amazing as well.
I'd give this place zero stars if I could. I placed an order with waitr using a group order code. My order was not delivered. The restaurant specifically told the waitr driver he had everything. Pho Hoa refused to refund me for food I never received. The woman I spoke with on 12/7/21 at 2:12 was EXTREMELY rude on the phone saying "there is nothing she can do" and she "cannot refund". So I paid $30 for nothing. I will be reporting to BBB.
The food was really good and fresh made to order. I ordered a bahn mi, spring roll, fried egg rolls and a tea. All were delicious. The only thing was the bread was a little too hard. I would go back though.
I BEEN WANTING A BOBA FOR A LONG TIME NOW, Nd I finally got one. But it was not all that, I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE RESULTS. The boba taste old, it should be gummy.
