I’m giving a one star because of the shape of the building it’s not safe to come in here and eat inside there could be a possibility the roof comes down while your sitting there eatting the foods taste good and hot but just the shape of the inside of the building isn’t safe
If you use the drive through, make sure to always check your food and your drink even if your order is the most simple it can be. Go inside if you don't want to wait for the drive through to only handle one vehicle at a time before you can order and to make sure that your order is right and that their fountain drinks don't taste watered down.Edit; The food has always been hot and fresh when I visit this location, but to pay as much as you do only to not get what you pay for isn't a fun experience.
I recently ordered three of the "Plate" menu items. All of them were the same, beef & broccoli with orange chicken. The entree portions were delicious, but two of the "beef & broccoli" servings contained almost no beef. I'm normally not one to complain about portion size, but for the high price and frankly inedible fried rice that made up a large portion of the weight, this felt disrespectful.Ordered from DoorDash 4/12/2022
Very rude! Very stingy! And burnt food!!! These people obviously don’t like their jobs. Food is horrible!!! How do you serve people under cooked rice or burnt chicken!!!! Maybe it’s time for state inspection and the news channel to pay a visit!!!
Once again I try a different panda express in a different state and I still can not get what I wanted to order. Ended up having to get the beef and broccoli and got 3 tiny pieces of beef!! Basically, I paid for broccoli. This is beyond ridiculous.
The staff was rude. The quality of food is okay, but the quantity is absolutely NOT WORTH THE PRICE I paid. This is embarrassing. ?This location is fairly new/remodeled. But the likelihood of me coming back is slim-to-none.Between the lack of any type of service other than attitude and the quantity it is not worth it.
The fortune cookie tasted better than the Food . I ordered the sweet fire chicken & bowl / Lo mein with kang pao chicken. The entree had more pineapple & vegetables than chicken .The spring rolls tasted like fried in really several days old oil .Waste of money and time to wait in line to get really below average food . Horrible Food .
RUDE. Not sure what else I can say. Person did not know the menu, and said they have no veggie options, when they do. Do you not know your own menu? Or just that dumb? Then went on to THROW the food that we did get out the drive through window in the bag at me. Took everything I had to not just drive off without paying or throw the food back at her. Learn some customer service. Worked in fast food and at the window before, and never acted like that. Wow. Will for sure not recommend that place ever. Knew it was trash food before, but for sure trash food and people.
This place is a joke so not order from here they always out of everything they disrespectful and never put there customers first y'all might as well go out of service I will definitely order from some other place
3 stars because the orange chicken had good flavor and because of the price. The service was slow, I had to wait about 2 minutes before I could place my order because I was told to wait a moment, and the noodles and mushroom chicken were very bland. I had to had a bunch of soy sauce to give it flavor.
