Sydney was super awesome and friendly! Brought us everything we needed and was quick to help with whatever we needed. And when you have 2 babies is can be tough! Anyways she was great and 15/10 recommend her!
Always one of my favorite places to eat. The atmosphere is good. The staff has good service mostly. Although sometimes it does take a while if you get takeout. Most of the time my food is not ready when it's supposed to be but I understand everywhere is short staffed at the moment.
We visited Outback last night, as we do fairly often, only this time was much different. Normally, the service is nothing to rave about. Last night, Zach was our waiter and he was beyond phenomenal. Very kind, engaging, tentative and funny!! Hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had!!
A group of us from the office stopped in today for lunch and what an amazing experience, our last visit not so much. Our server Felicia was so polite and entertaining. The manager Bridget made sure everything was to perfection for us. Very quick lunch service.Me and Vicky will definitely be back for the Alice Springs Chicken.
I placed an order to go. When I arrived to pick up my food, the host had no sense of urgency. I asked for garlic butter & he said, "we don't have none." I said, well I called & the lady that I spoke with reassured me that she'd put it in my bag. He said, "yeah, I don't think we have no more!" Therefore, I left. When I got home, there was no salad dressing in my bag. I ordered my steak well done & it was bleeding. I called the restaurant & spoke to a hostess who gave the phone to the manager. When the manager got on the phone, she immediately asked for my address so that she could send me something for the inconvenience. I'm still yet to receive it. She never asked me how could she fix the issue or if I wanted to go back to switch it out. I asked her if she needed for me to bring it back & she asked, "oh! You want for us to recook it for you tonight?" I told her not to worry about it because it was pouring down raining & I didn't want to drive that far back. The service on this night was very unprofessional & makes me not want to return especially after losing out on my hard earned money because I threw the food away. I could have gone back for a full refund.
First time today. Our waitress Felicia G was amazing. I wasn’t sure I would like the Caesar salad she offered me to try it if I didn’t like it she would be happy to get me another side. That kind of serve is rate these days. Food was delicious. Felicia G is a keeper at restaurant. Next time we visit hope she is there to be our server. You are blessed to have someone who takes pride in their job. Thanks
My Husband and I went to Outback in Lafayette on Friday night. From start to finish(about 4 hours) our experience was outstanding!! We ordered and ate our delicious food, and then informed our waitress, Crystal, that our daughter and husband may be meeting us. She smiled and said, no problem, just let me know what y'all need when they get here. We ordered dessert to share, but my husband really wanted the amazing carrot cake (all for himself). The owner, Steve, came by and got that for him!! When my daughter and son in law arrived, Crystal treated the table like we were all just getting there, and took care of them, as she did us.... OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!
Service ,food and atmosphere was disgusting. Rude servers, dirty table and seats we got the blooming onion and left because our booth smelled like urine!
We went to Outback Steakhouse today to discuss bridal-party things, and the food and service was excellent! Everything came out quickly, and the server was really patient with us as we had no idea what to order at first. Tray was very helpful in accommodating my vegan friends request (why we brought her to a steak house, I’m not sure) and made sure everything was perfect! Will def go back!
GREAT experience! My family has been going to Outback in Lafayette LA for many years. Our visit this past Saturday was by far the best! Our server, Lani, was amazing! FIVE STARS! We were celebrating my mom's birthday and our high school softball team's playoff win. The manager, Brandon, came over to visit and provided dessert. FRIENDLY, FUN service...and great food! Thank you Brandon & Lani for a wonderful dinner!
