Waited 15 minutes for my mobile order. On my own with my 3 kids, the baby screaming in the car the whole time. I get home and unpack everyone only to find out that my QPC is burnt to a crisp and inedible. Manager on duty says they can't refund an order made on the app. I definitely won't be returning to the Pinhook location any time soon.
I was at the register when the manager, who was very agitated, told the young woman who was waiting on me, that he needed that register. Then he went on a rant that people need to catch up with the rest of the world and start using the kiosk machine. And went on to say, "What will they do when we don't have registers?" This will be the last time I ever go to that McDonald's.
Usually I wouldn't rate any McDonalds 5 stars.. but they impressed me. We went at 930 pm on a Friday and the shake machine was open! So good!
Asked three times for "no bun" quarter pounder", (gluten free diet) Made me move from the window to wait by the door. When finally brought out to me I said "no bun, right?". "Oh yes!", was the reply. Opened the box, it was the quarter pounder WITH a bun, and not the toppings that I ordered!I rarely go to McDonald's. Now I remember why!
Could not help me with mobile app..finally figured out that you can't pay cash on mobile orders, NO ICE in the lobby..uuuygggghhhh Kirkland was the only thing enjoyable about my visit today.
I usually order and pick up from this location and the food is always ready within 5 mins.
The food is always cold,order is always wrong,employees are always rude,usually to busy talking then helping customer's,drive thru takes forever no matter how many car's,
Hit or miss service. Last two times were terrible. Waited over 20 minutes in the pull up area for chicken nuggets. Then called to see if they forgot about it and was met with attitude on the phone. This time my large fry was only half full and when I asked for sauce at the window the girl rolled her eyes and said 25 cents a sauce. So I gave her the two quarters and she went get it and sarcastically said have a nice day. I don’t mind paying for the sauce but they only charge for it 2/10 times on average. Inconsistency is the issue. Either charge for it or don’t. Not when your in the mood
Tayshawn is the best manager over there. He is really genuine to me and my family every time we go to that location every know and then. We pray they keep him there .??❤️✝️
I only have 1 complaint ..,, one of my favorites is the caramel frappe but It seems every time I go there the Frappe machine is broken or their not serving frappe because they are cleaning it. Shouldn’t all items be available while they are open??
