I ordered a take out after I walked in, I told them my bus is going to leave and I need to take in hurry, they give me sandwiches but delayed the drink. I have to leave without taking my drink. This is my third time experiencing paid order but without taking whole order. Worker there always have altitude to customers. Not recommend at all.
The kids messed up my order and the manager fixed it! The evening crew drive thru needs respect, and to pay attention. Good thing for an amazing manager on duty! He was amazing! The only reason im giving it 4
By far one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve gone to. I go once a week cause I work nearby and every time I go I wait 10+ minutes and get my order and it’s wrong 99% of the time
They had my order... I asked for extra salt and I asked for ketchup even reminded the lady she told the other lady who was handing out food and she still didn't give me my salt or ketchup.. like do better and you know what they was slow but could get my order right I even asked for a large coke didn't even get it and didn't ring me up for it
Sat at the drive thru speaker for at least 15 minutes without so much as even a simple, "I'll be right with you." from the person manning the drive thru before I finally gave up and drove off. There were maybe 3 cars in line ahead of me waiting at the pick up window at 2 in the afternoon, and yet they still couldn't manage to take two seconds to acknowledge that they had someone waiting to order. Sad really.
I had a good service. Employees were very friendly. The food was delicious and didn't wait much.
The food is consistent no matter where on earth you find a McDonald's. This should be worth 5 stars by itself BUT the other thing that is consistent at all McDonald's is the terrible service. The wife and I stopped in to this one on a road trip coming from Houston. Maybe the service is better here I thought. Surely can't be worse than the horrible service at all Baton Rouge McDonald's right? I don't know that it was worse but it surely wasn't any better. We were standing at the counter to order for close to five minutes, first in line mind you. Then a few others joined behind us. We all stood there watching the maybe half dozen employees scurrying around doing stuff. As mildly interesting as watching how McDonald's food is made, we really wanted to get our food and get back on the road. All the employees seemed to be working hard but especially working hard at making eye contact with the customers watching them. Finally one of them whom I assume was the manager because she had a different outfit than the others comes over and asks "do you need to order?"Knowing my very outspoken wife like I do and not wanting our food spit in, I grabbed my wife's arm and told her we would love to. As my beloved dearly departed mother-in-law used to say "Jesus God!"After we ordered and were standing waiting, my wife says out loud to the others waiting with us now "what other reason exactly did she think we might all be standing there for?"Only that poor soul can say. I know they don't pay much but does McDonald's actively seek out the lowest IQd people? Sounds harsh but Google asked me for a review and my blood is still boiling about the experience.
Used the mobile app. Wait 15 mins before they brought the food and there was no one in the drive through. Then they did not bring my drink. Waited again and finally went in to get my drink. Meantime the person that drove up right after me had to go in to get her order. What is the purpose of curbside if you have to go in. What is the purpose of order ahead on app if they can't get your order. I walk in and they are just standing around. Bad Bad!!!
Hash browns were fresh! My drink was watery from the drive thru and from the dine in area. Had to settle for something else…
