I order a grilled chicken club which came with a side of my choice, potatoe salad. I did not receive the potato salad. I order an Angus Spud and added Bacon, cheddar and extra butter each for an additional charge and received none of the additional items but I was charged for them. I ordered a side Caesar salad and paid extra for extra Caesar Dressing. It literally came in a box with romaine lettuce and two croutons. I paid for the additional dressing and received none at all.When you attempt to call location I was disconnected twice then Tracy answered the phone I told her what my issues were and she put me on hold for a couple of minutes then picked up line and hung up phone.I tried calling back with no luck three additional times. I will be stopping by location on way home.Total of almost ten dollars additional items paid for but not received in addition to no side that should have been included.
I had lunch in Lafayette LA on April 9, 2022. The food was really good but the staff was exceptional! My order was put in and delivered quickly and the bussers working the dining room were attentive, polite and efficient. Wonderfully unexpected experience.

Serve is horrible. Cooking staff and managers need to start fresh. We waited for an hour and 5 minutes to get a cold Spud Max and a club sandwich. Our waiters had to be the best employee there. They were apologizing for the kitchen staff. The manager needs to head responsible for not managing the kitchen staff.
This is the slowest McAlister's. We should have asked for a refund and left. The manager and front of the house staff don't seem to care or they have resigned themselves to being in a terrible spot.If you plan to wait 90 minutes for your food, you should bring a bottle of wine, appetizer, board game, jig saw puzzle and a 2nd bottle of wine.Do not go to this restaurant. You have so many other choices in the area.
Slowest service ever. The cashiers were standing in the back eating while the line got longer and longer. 30 minute wait for 2 soups.
Food was nasty. Ultimate nacho was liquid cheese on fake chili. Had ultimate potato and came out cold. Excuse is new cook training and short staff. Leaving hungry..?
Terrible service, terrible wait times. Waited an hour for food and they didn’t even make it! Don’t ever plan on returning to this location again. Don’t even waste your time on this place
My sammich bread was burnt!!! I asked for a no Swiss the double the Swiss. I also asked for a bread bowl and they brought out a cup??? I paid for a service it’s not like they are busy. 6 customers 4 of which are mine.
