Hot Pizza , Exceptional Service, Should Add A Sitting Area.
So I called and ordered pizza by phone at 3:30 pm. They asked what time I needed it for and I told them 6:30 pm. I arrived at 6:38 and there were 12 people in the lobby waiting. They all ordered online it seemed and none of their pizzas were ready. My pizza was not ready either. Listening to them talk in the back and sounded like they were worried more about door dash orders than anything lane.Having worked for a delivery company, these places can reject an order from the platform if they are overwhelmed….
I had to wait an hour for one pizza. I ordered my pizza at 6:38 online. went in the store waited for about 20 mintues decided to leave go bring my boyfriend his food, came back right before 7:30 pizza still not ready. They were to busy making orders for the people who just walked in the store. What the purpose of ordering online if you have to wait an hour in line for one pizza. Why have a kisok if there going to box up the pizza and put it to the side in stead of the Kisok. This place is so unprofessional.
The black lady working this morning was very rude as she cut me off mid sentence for a DoorDash delivery.
Delivered wrong, cold pizza and said we had to come in to get a new one. TERRIBLE customer service.
The staff was nice despite not having my pickup order ready. Food was great but always ends up making me sick for some reason. Only at this location do I get sick after eating..
This place did not have a variety of pizzas to offer but what we got was good. I would go there again.
We just brought home two unevenly cooked pizzas. They are both raw at the bottom. One is over cooked at the top. The middle of the overcooked is alright. We are heating them up in a toaster oven. That is alright for one but not the other. When a pizza is over cooked on the top; it gets burnt after re-cooking. Very dissatisfied!
The price was resonable I never had a problem until now with little ceasers. But this time i got the wrong wings as well as my pineapple was messing in my pizza i didnt get a phone call about it. I spent money for something i didnt even get never again
