Awful place. Awful and ignorant customer service. Treated like an inconvenience after we stood there for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged in the EMPTY restaurant. Then was met with attitude and eye rolling. Typical customer service these days ? such a shame.Then we had to endure the intensely loud music coming from the kitchen. The staff was so unbelievably rude to my husband. It was infuriating. The entire experience was awful and we won’t be back. I wish I could give an even worse rating. Avoid this place. I hope corporate sees this. I would love to have a chat with you.
The fried chicken sandwich was delicious & satisfying. They let me know it would take 12 minutes. It was worth the wait.

I love KFC. As a pregnant woman, I crave it.This KFC location has done NOTHING but disappoint in the customer service arena. I gave 2 stars because when you CAN actually get SERVICE AT ALL, the food is great. It really is.It’s probably just the current staff, but WOW. 30m to close means that you are STILL OPEN. Super disappointing to go through the drive thru and literally have no one even RESPOND on the speaker AND avoid the window.Just wow. Wow. So disappointing.
Got there at 11:30 ordered 3 piece strip meal and the chicken was rubbery and flat. One piece you couldn't even consider a strip it was so small. Fries were cold and soggy as well. Good customer service though.
We stopped here for dinner while traveling and the food was hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly and they offer a military discount! Would definitely stop here again!

Service was great. They had to do a substitute on some of the peices but made it worth it to me
