Worst experience we had at kfc. Manager was RUDE food was COLD just embarrassing. And you wonder why Businesses are failing because of a Rude management team No respect what so ever. New Management Needed ASAP
Why do they put the worst manager I've ever met at the university store disrespectful and so unprofessional must have found her at good will?
April 14 at 9pm we bought kfc. April 15 3am my wife and I threw up the kfc what a bad experience. kfc never again
Staff was polite and friendly. Food was good and will be going back!
Went through the drive through. No cars in the parking lot, no customers inside and no other cars in the drive through. The person taking the order was rude, when I reached the window I asked to add a coleslaw and was told "No - we don't add stuff at the window! It messes with our times." Then the order was over cooked. Don't waste your time.
The worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Never has what your wanting and the employees have no apologies about it. They need new management.

Be careful if ordering online or on the app went to pick up and only had half my order had to show them the confirmation on my phone because they said that that was all it showed them I had ordered.
Both the billboard sign, and signs on the building clearly state that they are open for dine in. We got to the door and it was locked.Don't advertise your open for dine in, if you aren't.
