I really love Jason’s Deli sandwiches but this location in particular I have has had experiences at ordering to go. A few times now, I have had to go orders be wrong. I’ve ordered and paid for additions (like cheese and extra bacon) and haven’t gotten those additions. Not a huge deal but annoying. Today, I was in a hurry and ordered a pastrami Ruben, but was given someone else’s entirely different sandwich instead. I had driven to my destination 20 minutes away before I had a moment to open and inspect my sandwich to realize. Tried to get over my disappointment and eat the sandwich anyway since I was totally starving but it was not what I ordered or like at all. The only thing that was correct was the bread. I suggest using a different Jason’s Deli location if you are ordering via Waitr or picking up to go orders. I have had disappointing experiences ordering to go a at this one. Today will be my last time.

The salad bar options are limited for the price. Minimal proteins, cheese, fruit, and vegetables. On our visit today, the lettuce was turning brown and the tomatoes were wrinkled. I would highly recommend visiting salad station as they have fresh products, more choices, and the price is comparable.
The tortilla soup was everything I needed as I wasn't feeling well. Thanks again!
I ordered online and waited 20 minutes for curbside delivery. I finally went inside, just to find out they still didn't have my order ready because they needed to substitute the soup I wanted. Why didn't someone just come outside and ask me, instead of making me wait?
No seconds at salad bar but same full price. My friends and I all agree it left a bad taste in our mouths and have no intentions of ever returning Covid or not. This place is cheating their customers

Horrible service and food experience!!! Totally disgusted. I ordered the club sandwich, when I lifted my bread to ensure it was correct, there was a dead fly and yes I said died fly laying on my lettuce.I return food to server, no apology or anything was offered. Just a remake of my order. I refused to order again and requested a refund.Poor customer service and nasty place….
Be warned, this place has given us food poisoning. Since then many friends and family said the same thing. Calling them doesn’t help either. They really should be more cautious.
