i am sitting in the restaurant. I have ordered food about an hour ago. I will not ever come back to this IHOP.
I ordered through waiter. Five minutes after the food was supposed to be delivered the driver called to say they had trouble with the printer and they were cooking the food now. Twenty minutes later the driver called back to tel us that they were out of hamburger meat. I told the driver to have them make it with chicken. My hamburger was supposed to have sautéed jalapeños, Serranos & onions, bacon, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo. The picture is what I got. Never going back!!!!!!!!
Please shut this restaurant down until you get enough staff to properly operate. After reading reviews after visiting this IHOP, the filthiness, slow and incorrect food service, and overall disorganization of the restaurant has been ongoing for months. Our visit was a repeat of all of the bad reviews in the last six months: dirty walls, seats, floors, and dishes; all soap dispensers in bathrooms were empty; had to wait forever to be seated, order taken, food delivered; waitress never came back to our table after bringing our food; waitress could not remember our order after writing it down and reading it all back to us; food was left out of the order or prepared incorrectly; and need I go on???
Some foods were missing from our orders. Most of my food was cold. Dirty drinking glasses and I was half way through my coffee when I realized my cup was actually dirty. Service was extreamly slow. The people at the table next to us actually left because no one would come get their food order. Was not that good of a Mother's Day. Enjoyed my family though.
Very unprofessional, doesn’t acknowledge you when you are in the building. Placed a Togo order at 11:54 am , it is now 12:56. My food was sat under the light not touched or anything. They couldn’t even find my ticket. Will never visit here again! So ghetto!! Rather Waffle House over this. The one on ambassador is so much better
Poor service. No silverware. Only plastic utensils. No water. No coins for change back and they round up charging more. Bacon was burnt. Bathroom was filthy. Toilet dirty and trash on the floor. Management needs to get this location back to the high quality it used to be.
This place used to be decent but is now turned into a trashy bad service and food diner. The crepes were not cooked properly and didn't come with everything it was suppose to have. The avacodos had mold looking stuff on them. The pancakes were also were burnt and had a bad taste to them.You can't fault the waiter for this but the service was bad as well. She tried taking the orders of 2 people at once and there was a lot of confusion. She then gave us our drinks which one of them having sticky stuff all over it. Then when tasting it it had the taste of if they hadn't cleaned the tea coaster for a while.
How can you get anything to go when they don’t answer the phone…message says not accepting phone calls … Had a $50 order to place and last time I tried online the order didn’t go thru…
Edit: One of my kids had gotten FOOD POISONING! ??Booth was filthy, messed up on our order twice after verifying it TWICE and still didn't bring the correct stuff out, high chair had food in it when they brought it to us, my husband went to the restroom before we left, an employee came out the stall and didn't wash his hands, AND two of us has been sick since we left! Definitely not going back there.
The food was good but the service was terrible. This is the second time that we visited this restaurant and both times wasn't a very good experience. We love I-Hop and have always had wonderful service at all other locations.
