Bad customer service. Just wanted a burger with a drink. Not the combo. I told the drive thru person and then proceded to get a additude with me. Im pretty sure the employees are trained to be courteous to their customers. Not this lady, just plain rude. Never again.
Food hot and fresh. Made to order…small wait…but that’s okay. It’s worth waiting for! Perfect cheat meal (I have been trying to eat better…but…??♀️). Only had to order once, and it was repeated back correctly, and it was prepared correctly! Fries so cute and yummy! Service was fine. Girls were polite and friendly! When in doubt, order the triple! My next cheat meal day may come early!
I love Freddy's but the girl the headset was quite rude and was on her phone which was visible through the window. I watched her make negative faces while taking orders. I simply asked her a question and she rudely hollered back. There was a young black girl who came to the window to do the other girls job for her and she was very polite to us unlike the rude one. I am a MANAGER in the food service and no matter what , an attitude is not acceptable. No longer attending this Freddy's at this location if she's still there.
Idk where to start. Cashier big hair no hat, grill cook no hat , cashier had a glove on one hand cleaning dining room never changed glove, took money, put lid and straw in cup same hand, wiped baskets not washed, never once washed hands. Second grill guy passing out food and cooking chewing gum popping bubbles drinking mountain dew, cashier grabbed a hand full of fries shoved I'm mouth wentvto dining room dropped some on floor tables never wiped, baskets not washed, tray neither. I've been sick all afternoon since going. Never again. Not worth 30$ 2 meals 2ice creams and a touch of food poisoning. I'll pass. We won't even get started about manager and all she had going on.
My go-to spot for American classics. Best patty melt and smashburger you can get at a chain restaurant.
Great fries but chicken sandwich needs more effort. Disappointed. Worse chicken sandwich out there in my opinion. Try harder please.
Always hot food. Always accuratewith my order. Only got a 4 star because evertime we dine in the floor is mopped with something that causes they whole thing to be tacky. Can't stand that feeling and sound when walking on tacky floor.

Good food. Just wish there were more workers . I felt badly for those working . They were. Hustling like crazy, trying to service drive through and diners. Signs posted - Hiring -Hope they get it. Cheers to the workers there . Great job keeping up
Great food, the last time I was their the fries were greasy and cold but only once. I will not stop goin, haven’t tried the custard yet but hear it’s awesome.
