Never disappointed. From previous experiences, I have also noticed that the food travels well when ordering take-out as well
I have eaten here twice in the past six months. Overpriced. Burnt, limp and greasy fries. The cheeseburger was bland. The first picture is from the internet. The second picture was what I bought. Expectation versus reality.
Worst place to pick up a door dash order from. I went in gave the guy the name of the name of the order I was picking up. Over 30 minutes and they still never started the order. They took care of the rush 1st then decided to do the door dash order.
I got the large Cajun fries and bacon cheeseburger single with A1 sauce pickles ketchup and mustard. The fries was seasoned well and freshly hot. The burger was very good. Glad there's still a Five Guys around because they closed the one in Alexandria. You get the burgers the way you want them and don't be charged for toppings.
Burgers are made to order and fresh. You can choose from a wide variety of fresh toppings as well. Burgers are flavorful and juicy. Buns are just the right size to hold everything together and not dominate the burger. Fries are made fresh as well. I just don't really care for the "cajun" seasoning on the cajun fries. Way too much garlic flavor.
Good food, Made to order burgers and great fries. Food was delivered quickly. Great customer service.
Been a few years since I’ve been to a Five Guys and was a little disappointed. The burger was good and juicy but the fries were so undercooked. Limp, no crispness at all. Just sad fries really. The strawberry shake was good. But something as simple as French fries and at the premium price because they don’t give them away here, is just wrong. Fix the fries Five Guys! Much better places out there for less honestly. Not sure why I felt I had to come back. The service was good and the place is nice and clean but I’m there for the food.
I like their burgers and their fries. But, the last 3 times that I've eaten there, my fries were undercooked. Not sure if they do this purposely, or if the fry guy is pulling them out too soon. Hope they see thispost, (regardless, the fries need to be cooked longer). End of story. Ya lost two stars over it. Other than that... friendly, quick service of fresh, made to order burgers.
Burger was decent. Fries were some of the most stale I’ve ever had. My wife and I went there on Lundi Gras, the place was slow and there were plenty of workers just standing around. There were 5 people eating and 7-8 people working. By no means busy. The floor was covered in old food and spilled soda near the fountain. The burger was decent but we didn’t order our burgers with tomatoes, yet both of them had tomatoes. We aren’t too picky so we ate it anyway. Then we go to the fries. We got the “Cajun style” fries. They were old and stale, cold and hard. I wouldn’t call that “Cajun” under any definition of the word. The flavor was lacking in every aspect and they were too greasy. All and all, I’m disappointed. I had gone here where the place first opened and I remember it being good. Now, it seems like it’s peak was years ago. Also, it was too expensive for what it was. It cost almost $30 for two people to eat some burgers… Nita great value. I’ve had better burgers from a normal fast food place.
It's great as always, but the prices have just become insane for what it is. You can easily get a better burger with waitstaff, leave a nice tip, and still come out much cheaper in a half dozen other spots close by.
