Recently ate at this restaurant after hearing so much mention of it. I can definitely say I and my family definitely enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.
Sooo good that I had it 2 times in a row for dinner.1/2 lb Snow Crab Legs1/2 lb Shrimp1 Lobster TailCame with potato, corn, and andouille sausage. Omgg and let me not forget the crawfish dip ?. Will revisit again when I visit again.Alexis was our waitress; she was awesome!!
Was not crowded and crawfish were amazing! Friends split the big platter, everything was delicious! Good deal for all those crab legs!
Really awesome. My first time wasn't all that great but had a great time this go round. The raw oyster was so delicious as well as wings. And the family platter was amazing. The only thing was that they didn't have the mussle like advertised but it was great. Honestly the food came super fast.
I orderd baked flounder, the plate was pretty when it came out with a big mound of fried rice with it and 3 fish filets, I thought it was grilled but it came breaded and it was kind of soggy. It was a little hard to eat. They give you a plastic utensil pack to eat a $16.95 plate of food, and it was some cheap utensils. We order what was supposed to be charbroiled oyster, I don't know what this was for $18.00 but it just had like a salsa on top, and nothing else, they were terrible and very disappointing. The waitress was nice but no one looked happy to be there, no life to the place at all. I was so disappointed, I wanted to complain but there wasn't anyone that looked like a manager walking around and the poor waitress was just trying to do her job and it looked like she also had to bus her tables too. I will not go back not even to give a second chance or to try something else.
Excellent food, excellent service! Server Sebastian was VERY attentive to all our needs. The only thing they should change is napkins. The napkins are terrible! Paper towels on a stick would be better.
Food was excellent the service was first class got everything we asked for and more i plan on visiting the restaurant again soon
This has been one of the worst customer services I have ever experienced. I have ordered a to go platter and have not received the correct order. I was told they would fix it. Went in to get it fixed but the computers were down. Recently tried to order I was told my name was expired in the books. Which is ridiculous because the money I paid for the order wasn’t expired. Later I attempted to place another to go order but the computers is down AGAIN? Honestly these times are both later then usual which I’m certain is the sudden “computer shut down”. Then when I spoke with the worker about this, she said you must have the worst luck ever. Makes no sense. Would not recommend Lafayette La Fiery Crab to anyone.
Service person was so sweet and awes. The food was the worse ever. Sent back (what they called ) fried oysters. It was rock hard mini tube shaped batter with not even a whole oyster inside that was rock hard. Couldn’t even chew it. The sweet waitress returned to kitchen and replace with fried shrimp. Yes, editable but again batter was rock hard. (Ate three of them and gave up) The cup of gumbo had great flavor but really was rice with gumbo juice and no seafood. Never again! I overhead the next table complaining about their meal to waitress. I felt sorry for waitress and told her this is nothing on you, you are sweet and delightful. This disaster sits squarely on the shoulders of chef and management!
The food was not great for the price, I’d ordered the grilled flounder and ended up leaving most of my plate. I’m giving it a two star since the waitress was nice although she never returned to ask if we need refills. So it was a bad experience overall.
