It has been a long time that a fast food Chinese restaurant got my attention as this place did, our order was just delicious we definitely love it, warm and very tasty, definitely will try a different dish soon
Horrible service, horrible delivery time, horrible attitude from server Louis Monta. Louis sounded tired of being at work when placing my order I asked specifically 2 times to make sure my vegetables were well done. Waited an hour and I called same guy answered the phone and said the driver was around the corner, I then waited an extra 25 min and called again to ask about my order, louis answered and became disrespectful and began to repeat" idk ma'mn, delivery takes about an hour it will get there when the driver gets there" He than handed the phone to the manager and she stayed on the phone for 20 sec and handed the phone to a different server maddie who was respectful and attempted to help she than told me the manager was getting mad and she is just another worker, it wasn't her fault the driver didn't read instructions on the address. The driver finally arrived after 1 hour 25 min and he was respectful. I was also hung up on so I called back and informed them the order was wrong and the vegetables were not well done and they said the order wasn't ring up well done. I was transfered back to Louis Monta and he said they don't do refunds and I can cancel the order. I asked for the manager and was told willie was not in but there was no way I would get a refund but can have someone pick up the food to cancel the order. I'm furious that my mother with no teeth cannot eat her food for tonight.
Cool place. Friendly people. I got a buffet to go which they charge by the pound. Seafood is a dollar or two more. Haven't been in awhile but as delicious as I remembered. Plentiful items from salad to desert AND a hibachi grill!
Absolutely the most rude and unprofessional conversation I have ever had with a service oriented business. I hope you treat other customers better because the competition in Lafayette is tough. When you start treating regular customers like they don't matter your name won't last long.
The man that answered the phone to take my order was rude. I ordered sesame chicken and was given a spicy chicken in a brown sauce but they did throw 5 sesame seeds on it to make it appear to be what I ordered. I called and the same guy answered the phone and acted ignorant to what sesame chicken is. The lady at the counter is super nice but I will not spend my hard earned money here again.
Had a flyer on my door thought it would be worth a shot as I love Chinese food. This was the nastiest food I have ever eaten. It had a weird flavor kinda like cashews. I ordered the beef with mixed vegetables and I am so disappointed. I ate 2 bites and couldn't finish it. So sad I spent 20 to get it delivered and was so excited. And it was terrible.
ordered delivery paid 20 bucks which isn't terrible but deff not okay. only for me to take 2 bites and nearly throw up. this is terrible. I ordered beef with mixed vegetables and I couldn't stomach it. none of it tasted right.
Great food. Fresh and hot and plenty if it.
