Great Food! Live music! Nice Setting!

Sorry to say, not a good experiance.Food was more like Red Lobster at 3 times the price. Our server was a newbie and should have been partnered with an experienced server.Nice facility, but, overpriced for the product and experience. No return visit for us.

We ordered a variety of food and it was all comparable to Golden Corral. We had seafood gumbo and chicken & sausage gumbo both were just OK. The consistency of the soup was very sticky and it seemed maybe old? crabcakes we had to send them back because they were ice cold on the inside but after we got them back fresh they were actually the best thing that we got, a seafood bake potato (which isn’t on the menu yet) also cold but didn’t want to send more stuff back… tasted okay but who wants a very expensive cold potato. A trio(can’t remember the exact name) which came with seafood mac & cheese, lobster and fillet. The seafood macaroni was literally stuck together and just hard. Literally go get some macaroni and cheese from Chick-fil-A and you’ll be 100% better off. The lobster smellt rotten and was discolored and the steak tasted like an old porterhouse it was just mushy and disgusting. Shrimp and eggplant with a red sauce was okay. And a couple other dishes (can’t remember what everyone had) 100% will never ever go back to any dragos. Honestly don’t know how this place is even open. Paid 5 star money for buffet quality meal. If you want a five-star meal that will exceed your expectations and you’ll pay the same price for the meal that you pay for this “food” go to Desi Vegas in New Orleans and have yourself a great meal.

very amazing place great food great place to spend a day with family and enjoy great food

Love oysters ? in there , nice friendly staff

We went to Drago's last night with 6 adults and 2 children. Overall the food was very good, but there were a few things that bothered me this time, hence the rating of 4 instead of 5. NO BREAD??? How can you serve pasta and not serve bread? That's ridiculous? In Italy it's probably a crime! The BBQ SHRIMP looked nothing like it did last time we were there. Last night it came out as a gray blob. The waiter removed it from the ticket but the person who checks every plate in the kitchen before it is presented to the customer should have never allowed that out of the kitchen. It was served to a child (7 years old) who was very polite to the waiter when he asked if she liked it. I think he heard her tell her mother that it was not good when he walked away. When she didn't eat it she told him "I'm just not very hungary" Our outstanding waiter read through her eyes what she meant. All of the other food was excellent, as a matter of fact, I have been to Drago's several times and last night was the best meal I have had at any location. I am a fanatic about food teperature. I must say that my food was steaming when it reached the table. OUTSTANDING!!! As for Dylan B. the server, HE WAS OUTSTANDING. He did his job, checking on us a couple times, but he was never "in the way" disrupting the conversation at the table. When he saw that our drinks were low he brought a refill WITHOUT US ASKING. His manners were impeccable. Being a true waiter is a lost art, usually only found on cruise ships where people do it everyday, three meals a day. Dylan was outstanding, taking his job to the highest level. Thank you to Dylan for helping to make our evening very special!

We stopped for lunch yesterday. Asked about the daily catch. Server didn’t know anything about the fish. Shrimp salad had over cooked shrimp. Onion rings were soggy and not crispy. Had zero taste. Didn’t get my salad until after the meal came. Fish had flavor but very small. If you are going to overprice the food, then make it look and taste amazing. Sorry, just wasn’t worth the 200 we paid.

Lobster was very stinky. Just look how ashy it looks in the photo. Had to send it back. Got another petite steak instead, but it was tough. Atmosphere is nicer at red lobster. It felt like we were at a golden corral. Service was fast, but not the caliber you'd expect for these prices. Example, food runners don't know who ordered what. Dirty dishes not cleared, Drinks not refilled, Etc. Plus, who puts out micro tubs of margarine spread instead of real butter? We won't be back.

Grilled oysters were delicious. Service was friendly and fast. Lexi and the trainee were both very nice. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

My family celebrated my b-day taking me here. It was my first time, and I must say that it was pretty good. I'm usually a stick with what I know person, but I wasn't disappointed. I ate alligator for the first time, too. The staff and our waiter were awesome. The restaurant itself was clean, not crowded, and had a very welcoming atmosphere.
