Friday I went to the local dominos where I stay the manager on shift Jesse, was helpful and my order was great and made fast! the team did awesome as well and my order was perfect! Great job dominos! You guys made my night for my daughter and I!!!
I had a bad experience made worse by one employee who clearly should not be working in customer service. I recently moved, which means my new Domino's is this location (previously I was closer to the location on University), and both times, I've had issues. The first time, I ordered a pizza with no onions and it came with onions. Didn't do anything about it - ignored my aversion for onions and picked them off. Fast forward a couple months, and I decided to order pickup for my family. I paid for bacon on the pizza, and not only was the bacon missing completely, but there was barely any sauce or cheese on the pizza. It just didn't look appetizing at all, and wasn't going to get eaten, so I called to see if there was anything that could be done. The woman who answered verbatim told me she took the pizza out and wouldn't have boxed it if it was wrong......... I'm looking at a bare pizza, with absolutely no bacon. Not even a piece. I first asked if she wanted me to take a photo, and she said no. She reiterated that she took the pizza out herself, so I asked her if she was implying I was a liar. It escalated for absolutely no reason, seemingly because she just didn't want to admit that she didn't check (or assemble) the pizza properly. Then, before I could understand what the resolution was, she sarcastically told me to have a good night and hung up. I called back and spoke with a man who was much more helpful, and I admittedly was directing my frustration at him for the previous phone call. But the whole thing was so rude and disrespectful, and why would I put myself in a position to possibly pay for that again? I didn't get reimbursed for the pizza, or even just the missing toppings. They did offer to re-make it if I drove back over there, but I was back at home on a weeknight, and driving back (for something that wasn't my fault) was not an ideal situation given the time it would take and the fact that I have a little one to feed and get ready for bed on a school night. I understand it's fast food, and expectations should generally be lower, but the attitude from this one employee was enough to make me take the time to write all of this.
This is now the SECOND time I’ve placed an order through the app for PICK UP WINDOW, and have had to to come inside to pick it up. The first time I sat at the window for 12 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I honked my horn, waved my hands, and even knocked on the window. FINALLY someone came to the window. I mentioned that I had been sitting here for over 10 minutes, and no apology or explanation of being busy. Nothing. Asked for my name and that’s it. Passed my, now cold pizza through the window without saying a word.This second time (tonight) , I pulled into the Pick-Up window lane, just to find a vehicle parked. No lights on, indicating they’d been sitting for awhile. There was nowhere to go around. Although, it’s not the worker’s fault necessarily, they could have asked the customer to pull up so they could get to the next customer. I sat and waited for about 10 minutes. I had to back up my large suv down the narrow pick up lane, to come park in the lot and go into the store. I was in my pajamas, because I had assumed I’d be able to pick up my food through the window. I was so embarrassed. Yes, I COULD have still picked it up thru the window, but I would have had to wait God knows how much longer for the person in front of me to get their food. In the mean time my food’s getting old just sitting there.I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the little punk rock princess inside was sweet and courteous, and hella cute. Plus she remembered my ranch.
Gave it a four because they are 7 mins from my house and while our other domino's used to deliver (15 mins away), they won't anymore because this new one is so close to us, understandable, so I wish they would deliver.Regardless...Went get it ourselves, (3rd world problems), but inside of this one is genuinely cute,, it's new so it was extremely clean, the kiddos got to watch the pizza being made loved that it was impressive, it was well staffed, and everyone was extremely friendly.We have to pick up but the website does give a coupon for it so I guess it's ok. #bringme oizzaathomeplease lol
Good pizza, hot, nice service. My family and i went through the drive thru several times and the people at the window are always friendly. Thats a big thing to me and it was nice to see. Keep up the good pizza!
I order a pizza special $ 8.99 three toppings chicken and pill pepper jalapeño peppers and they charge me extra for chicken that’s include the three toppings and today I order the same thing from different place and they charged me $10.50 but those one they charge me $13 what’s the difference between Domino’s in the new Iberia the Domino’s in Ambassador Caffrey Lafayette but from now on never ever going to order from Domino’s and I talk to the manager and she said the chicken is extra how come

Update: 1/4/22Pizza looks amazing (picture s attached) and it was ready quicklyPizza was great! Just took a little longer than expected but I was allowed to sit at the window to wait for my order
ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizzas that were both completely wrong. i also didn’t get the sauce i ordered. very frustrating due to the fact that i’m vegetarian and can’t eat either one of the pizzas i PAID and tipped for. second time i’ve been highly disappointed by this location.
