Never ordering from Domino's again! I watched the order process on line and it gad been in quality check for over 20 minutes. I called to see if it was on it's way and was rudely told it would another 30 minutes before someone could deliver it. I had to end up driving there to get it and by then it was barely warm. Guy at window was rude also. Telling me there was only 1 person working when he got there and I saw 5 people. Also was told there where only 2 drivers and guy at the window told me there was only 1 person there to deliver . You have lost a customer!!! This was at store #5261 on 6/25/2022 3:23pm

This location always does a great job! I will never go to another Domino’s..that’s how much confidence I have in this location.
Super fast when you pick up. They have never messed up an order. It's always good for the price. I seem to find a coupon that saves me more than a few bucks. Use the app.
Carryout Order:I ordered a medium hand tossed pepperoni pizza; square cut. This one came out great, no issues. My kids thoroughly enjoyed it and ate the whole thing.We also ordered a medium BBQ Chicken pizza... It came with no chicken. Didn't realize it until I got it home. No big deal, called up and told them and they wanted me to bring the pizza back to confirm it was wrong. Okay... so the pizza gets brought back, confirm there's no chicken, and we wait for a manager to approve that another one get made... Wait over 30 minutes only to get a pizza that looks worse than the first. But at least there's chicken on it. Glad my kids enjoyed their pizza. That's the only highlight for me at this Domino's. I'll try the one on Ambassador next time.
I've had more and more trouble with this location! After today's incident of Fagen speaking to me so rudely, I will NEVER order from here again. I don't pay these prices to be treated like this!!
I have always enjoyed the pizzas that Domino's have cooked so far all my orders have been correctly cooked. Sometimes I have delivered but mostly just pick the pizza curbside since I don't live far from the Johnson Street store. I am always greeted with a smile & a thank you when an employee brings out the pizza to me where I'm waiting curbside. Great Service Domino's!!??
1st thing is they don’t tell you that they only have 1 or two drivers at the time of ordering. 2nd instead of calling and telling the customer that it will be another 45- 2hour wait till another delivery driver returns to the store you have to call them since it’s been more then 30 minutes. 3rd they make you Repay for stuff you already paid for even when you show them your order online. Always messing up orders and do nothing to accommodate you for their lack of intelligence. Won’t shop from this franchise again
I placed a delivery order for 1 pizza and 2 pasta dishes that was made wrong and was cold .. they redelivered and the pasta primavera dishes that doesn't come with meat was full of bacon and had no tomatoes and literally one spinach leaf in it. I called back after time and was given a credit for replacement. To add injury to insult when I we get the store to get the replacement I was charged 2 dollars more cause the items was no longer on sale. I've never had an establishment that was replacing something for me towards me more because of a price difference in a manner of a week part. But this is a learning experience. They won't get any more money from me
I would not recommend working there. The management is toxic from the few stories I heard and I just started working there. a couple of the managers are cool. But some treat you as if they are entitled because they have been working there for quite some while.
