Great food and service, had the pecan pie and it was delicious
Oh, tonight made me so sad. We used to love indulge when we lived in Lafayette 3 years ago. We came back into town and stopped by for dessert. It looked closed so my husband went to the door & I saw the three teens run from the “bar side” back to the dessert side to assist us. The cases were empty. There were boxes of supplies everywhere. We got cake slices & ice cream and it just wasn’t anything I couldn’t get from Rouses. The atmosphere was disappointing and the teenagers working were more interested in the latest gossip between each other & hurrying to get back to the plush chairs on the bar side. The kids finished their bluebell ice cream & we left knowing it would be our last time visiting. :-(
I was looking for something sweet and this place was right across the street from my hotel. I love that I was able to get slices of cake, opposed to having to buy an entire cake. The vanilla bean cheesecake was great. Creamy, delicious, and the crust had a great flavor. However, the chocolate chip chocolate cake was OMG awesome. I was actually getting mad as it was disappearing with each bite. It was just a good cake with a great icing and topping. I'll definitely be back.
Food used to be so good. Last 4 times I’ve gone all the cakes taste really old. Nothing is moist and fresh what so ever. I’m not sure what changed but it’s bad and I’m not the only one who’s noticed.
Indulge used to be my absolute favorite place to treat myself to.. but lately everything that I get is very disappointing. The cakes taste like they have been frozen for a week and thawed out this morning to serve for the day. So dry and just plain nasty and a waste of my money. Like an idiot I wait a couple months and try again, but this time was definitely my last time. A shame too, being that I always have my husband purchase whole cakes for my bday and Mother’s Day. Literally over 100 dollars for a small cake, that I would purchase happily. Never again. ?

After eating a nice lunch with an old friend I suggested indulge for coffee and dessert. I am the type of person that only likes my coffee. Plain. I got the Fruit Tart, friend got the Pecan pie. A perfect finish to a girls day out!!
Cute place. Great cheesecake. And red velvet cake was awesome as well.
Extremely Awful experience here. I have been a customer in times past. I used the restroom here and an employee told their “owner”. The “owner” then comes out, along with her employees, she then yells at me that there’s a public restroom that I can use. Her and her herd of employees then laugh at me… I ask her if she’s being serious and she just continues to yell from across the parking lot.The whole experience was the worst I ever had.This review was also left on their Facebook page.
Had the wedding cake, it was almost frozen and the icing was sickening.
