The service was quick and our blizzards were thick and delicious. So I'm not sure why some of the comments say the ice cream is melty. We'll be back here soon and often!
This location always seems understaffed for the amount of business it gets, but the staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh and quick. The driveway for entering and exiting the property can be a little daunting though, the city should work on that.
Came here and waited about 15 minutes in line. They did apologize, so I wasn’t really mad about it. Ordered two blizzards, one with extra fillings. But both of them barely had anything in them, and they weren’t even mixed well. I paid extra and got less than normal on both. Absolute waste of money.
We arrived 40 minutes prior to close . When the employee came on the speaker she stated a list of ice cream items we couldn’t order . You close at 11 not 10:40!
So I’m eating inside with my kids and I heard the manager just yelling out the window to someone in the driveway to the point my kids were scared and I heard the young girl in the drive through just ask why he couldn’t take 2 orders then change his mind when she said she was videoing him then offered free food when she said she had a video of him being rude. This is a very childish unprofessional place of work and I don’t feel comfortable eating here with my kids. Shame
They onvisouly don’t have a hiring process they go through because these are some of the laziest people I’ve ever came across. They’re closed again early. Lazy. And they didn’t get literally the person in front of me order right either because we both pulled around. Not only that but too rude for my kids. Wont be going there again and neither are the moms I know
Food is always cold. Low maintenance dirty tables. Manager doesn’t care about customers. Just YELLED at a customer in front of me. Needs better people working
Terrible service, every employee wears hoodies while working which Is very unprofessional in a drive through. Spent 20 minutes before they took our order tonight. There’s a reason why this place is dead and Andy’s next door is packed 24/7.
Manager should not have his job. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in Lafayette and ive been here for 23 years. Unprofessional and rude to ladies in store. Wont be coming back
This is the third time I’ve came here in a week and they closed the inside early change ur sign to “closes when I feel like it” instead of giving hours if you don’t stay open on those hours. Thanks.
