Great service and delicious pizza, not sure if it is under new management or not but so much better than before. Great job, we will be back.
unlimited pizza ??, they will make any pizza you want, price isn't that bad either, definitely recommend
Very dirty, kids working there were using the same pizza tray multiple times to put pizza on buffet. The cashier was just walking around with a big smile like he knew every open table in the place was dirty. He had 10 to 15 minutes between customers to grab a rage and cleaner to clean at least 2 tables.
I took my Grandson here yesterday for his 9th Birthday ?? trying to order the app wasn't working rite cashier couldn't figure it out either... Order our Buffet not many choices online today...sat down and ate my Grandson ask me to go play games so I went with him... Get in the Game room NO SIGNS NO WHERE SAYING GAME ROOM IS OUT OF ORDER ? My grandson was so disappointed he didn't wanted to stay to eat more pizza waste of money ?..So I went to the ladies room toliet seat broken pinch my skin between the broken seat ouch ?..told the cashier about he said he was aware of the problems they was under construction ? so why have the place still open...it was very horrible especially for my GS birthday.... point.5 ⭐??
Very good cheese sticks and pizza but the people that work there are lazy, they could cook more pizza and clean more. Sometimes there are not one clean table in the whole place. And sometimes your sitting there waiting on pizza
Food was good. We tried to play in the arcade but the token machines were broken and when I asked the lady at the front said they don't keep tokens up front...
We dine at Cici's all the time in Alexandria, La. This was our first time (and maybe last) at this location. When we got there, all workers were just standing there talking. Immediately I noticed the buffet was a little smaller than the one in Alexandria, La so I took that into consideration.There were 4, HALF pizzas out total (room for 2-3 more). 2 were severely overcooked and/or Old. The noodles were just sitting there, empty ... I had to ask for more to be cooked. After 40 minutes of us being there, they did ask if they could cook something particular for us, but by then, our meal was basically over. This was at 4pm. Do they not have a 5pm rush to prepare for? I'm so confused.The pizzas were also a lot smaller. They put out just medium pizzas on the buffet, which I can see being a huge problem when they are busy. The only positive is that the Cheesy bread was delicious. It was cooked right, topped right, lots of cheese, etc.

The best thing about CiCis is that you can ask them to make a specific pizza. Theyll make it and put it on the bar for everyone but its still there. Their pepperoni, cheese and jalapeño is my favorite. This is a new-ish store so its always clean.
The brownies and cheddar bacon piZZA are the reason I go. They workers are very nice too.
