I love me some Church's. I remember when this location first opened, around November 19, 2012 (10 years).❤️
I was in Lafayette, Louisiana this past Saturday where I seen a churches and I started mouth watering.Well. When I got the 10pc family I started with a leg. That leg had so thick batter on it it cut the side of my mouth, the meat was cold, dry, and some was chewy.I got a family fry and they were soggy. I was so sad. I typically take a pic of all my food when I'm proud of it but sadly I am not.I hope this is a good heads up to do better for the ppl of Lafayette. It was terrible, we where traveling and stopped to get a quick bite to keep moving. We got the chicken tender meal's and started traveling again. Ended up all of the 4 orders were only half cooked, we had to throw them away because we are NOT going to eat raw food. If I could give you negative stars I would!
I understand that working in the fast food industry can be a bit trying at times but it seems every time I go to a churches or McDonald's they seem to be out of something , and not something small like straws instead they seem to always be out of something major like original fried chicken or mashed potatoes ... Come on guys if you don't like your job leave it and allow someone to take your place that will work with a sense of pride or at least have fried chicken at a fried chicken restaurant
The quality of the chicken was not as good as it usually is. My order was not correct. They were out of 2 of the 3 regular sides, and up charged me for the premium sides.
Allowed me to order knowing they were out of the product I wanted for hours already
Very Unfriendly staff, and only drive tru service, then after you drive away you find out your order is wrong.
I used to come here most of the time after work never had a problem but idk what going on new management or staff but me and my grandmother got food poisoning had to bring her to the hospital not sure exactly which it was the side or the chicken but seems everyone's saying chicken just be careful
Chicken never fresh...taste like they have never changed their grease...this store needs to be reported.
Dining room closed. Went to window to order, I don't have a car. Staff ignored me as if I wasn't there. I will definitely spread the word to everyone that I know about this. After today, I wouldn't give then a penny if that would keep them open. I will take my business to Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen, the chicken is better. They are a little farther walk, but it is worth it. ?? on Church's Chicken!
