We were there for a bday party and the staff was not very helpful. Definitely would not suggest having a bday there!
It was really great, had a blast with my 6 y/o daughter. One of the employees that was working there specifically went and "woke up" Chuck E. so that my little girl could have fun and dance with him!
It was ok experience, the games aren't like they used to be. There's no more paper tickets, it's all digital now.
Terrible customer service. No one seems to want to take your order, or greet you. Girl at the counter just stared at me while I was waiting for her to take my while talking on her phone then walked out the front door to vape. I stood there the whole time while trying to keep an eye on my littles. When she was done vaping she came back in “ready” to take my order. SMH
The chuck-e-cheese person was the worse I had ever seen. The prices r insane, and drink options r awefull. Half of the machines were not working. Wish I had taken my granddaughter anywhere but there. It was a total waste of money.

I have to say last night the manager and staff were very rude to not only myself but my grandbabies also. We go at least 2 times a month. I walked in and waited behind the little door to have our hands stamped. They never came and were talking between themselves and some friends. We never got stamped. Everyone was on their phones also.The girl taking our order was very rude. I let that go. Got my receipt and my order was wrong. I went back up to her and told her that my pizza
We went there and when my daughter was at the counter getting toys for her tickets they had a big spill that she slipped and fell because of there was no wet floor sign or anything so we told the lady behind the counter that they had a spill right there, she just laughed and said yeah I know I'm not cleaning it up.
The staff were kind. Not a single animatronic killed it for me. That blows my mind. not the staffs fault. I remember the old stuff. never visit again. No offense to the staff as they are awesome.
