Terrible service. Every time I order Togo they are super slow. Never come to your vehicle, we always have to go inside to get food and wait for someone to come wait on us.
I walked into the restaurant hoping for a nice dessert. No one greated me for over 5 minutes. Servers and other workers kept looking in my direction and no one even acknowledged me. Like "hi, we'll be right there." Would have been fine. When a worker finally arrived she was rude. 25 minute wait for a table at an empty restaurant? There's plenty of places to sit. It's Monday. No one is there.Goes get the manager. She tried to "honey" me and tell me that's "just how the restaurant business is now".So rude workers? I'll pass.Heading somewhere else to spend my money.
After sitting in our booth for 15 minutes without a server even arriving at our table, we asked another server who was serving our table. She said she would go get our server. 5 minutes later, still no service. Requested to speak to a manager, then had two servers arrive at our table before the manager, whom never made an attempt to come to our table after our request. I understand that some places are understaffed, but this location had lots of servers and not many tables seated at this time, which was around 3:00. Absolutely horrible service. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Went next door to Buffalo Wild Wings and had drinks and chips with qucamole and salsa within 5 minutes. Much better service.
The waitress, Juliana (Jewels) was great! The atmosphere is great, drinks were great. The disappointment was that it took an hour to get our food after we ordered it. We were told that they were waiting for the seafood dishes. When we got our food although the food was good the dishes that had chicken and steak seemed like they had been microwaved the bread was hard and the beans had that crusty edge around the plate. Maybe they were short handed in the kitchen (not sure). They definitely need to step it up in the kitchen.
A few years ago, I had written Chili's off as an option for eating out. Then, this new location opened up and I decided to give it a shot. I am so glad I did! Although I won't eat at any other Chili's in the area, I come to this one as much as I can. The staff here is incredible! Maxine, the manager is always there, and usually helping her staff keep the place clean and presentable in between monitoring the whole place. I have had excellent experiences with AJ, Jude, Lauren, and Charlsey! Just to name a few!!! With all of the staffing and supply chain issues, as well as corporations trying to cut corners to maintain a profit, I can wholeheartedly recommend this location as one of the best values today. Food service is a tough job, and to see so many smiling faces here means a lot.
Horrible, never in my life have I seen service like this before. Not only was our order wrong but my boyfriend threw up and I immediately felt nauseated. Our waiter or waitress had dirty green fingernail polish which is nasty.
Aj was our server and was awesome, it was very nice to have a person so excited to help and the kids were a huge fan (ps they loved the color changing on point nails!!!!) the experience that was provided was awesome ( they were busy and short staffed but, their were only happy faces when we came in from all employees thank you guys and Aj for all y’all do we public see the hard work and appreciate you guys❤️❤️)
Food was phenomenal! Great service!
Arrived and there wasn't anyone (hostess) there to greet us. This had to have been a few minutes before 3pm..anywho, the place was damn near empty..finally an employee was passing by and noticed us standing there but by then, I had already grabbed one of their menus. She then asked, "two"? I told her yes. She proceeded to ask if we wanted a booth or table. I told her that a booth was fine. She then said there would be a wait. I asked how long, she said about 20 min.. i told her that was ok, we would sit @the bar (either she was anticipating we would change our minds and leave or ask what other options besides a JUST a 20 min wait UNTIL I asked if there was a wait at the bar as well) ?? so I say, "Ok, we'll sit at the bar then.." appetizer and food was brought out at decent times, however, I don't understand why we couldn't choose a booth when there was a couple that came in and were able to sit at a booth, unless by then, the anticipated "reservation" they were expecting to arrive, didn't by a specific time..and this same couple that was seated waited at least 10 min before they were greeted (that's how empty it was, to notice other patrons coming in and having to wait as well as we did when we walked in. She actually had to walk into the restaurant to alert an employee that they had been there for about 10 min) anywho, long story short, the food was great, besides the fact I had to return my ribs bc they were cold and appeared undercooked but the waitress assured me they would prepare a new plate (which I definitely appreciated it) the only issue is the lack of being prompt and attentive upon entering. Especially when the place is literally empty.. as well as waitress, pretty mediocre service but she appeared to be the only waitstaff there, which could be the reason why. I would return to this particular location, however during slow peaks or not, there should be someone there to greet customers upon entry.
i don’t even want to leave 1 star but google won’t let me leave 0. after expressing concerns, i was told this was a training restaurant and i can certainly tell. the staff is sub-par at best, food is cold when it arrives to your table, and the person they had come to the table (i’m assuming was a manager) tried to lie and tell me they’re 19th in the nation. there’s no way. 19th out 19 maybe. sorry chilis, not everybody fits in the good restaurant genre. it’s a genre. not everybody fits on the roster. xo
