After waiting over 30 minutes for a pick up order I went inside where sat on a shelf getting cold. I get home and open the 6 oz steak that has to be the tiniest steak I’ve ever seen, its not much bigger than a fork. Horrible service, disappointing food.
Terrible service, I placed an order togo was given a wait time of 30-35 minutes. Went to pick up 35 minutes later; I was told it would be ready soon, after another 30 minutes I went to check on the progress of my order and was told they were out of one of the items I had ordered and that they had not even started making it. Very disappointed
Everytime I come here it's a problem. The hostess kept me waiting at the door for no reason. She didn't even tell me there was a waiting list. She just kept disappearing from the front. I went here on a Saturday afternoon and the curbside service had me waiting forever. I called inside and of course no one answers the phone. The young girl in curbside service was just playing around. The young girls that work here need to be more professional.
I’ve tried to go eat here for about a year now and getting a table is almost impossible. When you walk through the door the staff is very quick to tell you there is a 15 to 20 min wait for table, when you look around they only have about 5 tables they are allowing people to sit at. We waited, then they told us it’s about an hour wait for food because they have 1 cook and 1 waiter. I get up to go to restroom and about 10 people in back standing around doing nothing. Waiter stated that online orders comes first before sit down customers. Please hire new management that can properly run a restaurant, we miss going here. Store was also very dirty, picture of the windows shows grime not rain.
hands down the worst service and food I've ever had. the only edible thing I had on my table was the chips and salsa. the chips sadly were even cold. the fajitas trio was cold, the chicken and shrimp looked like it had been boiled earlier that day!
Terrible service was not greeted when we sat down to eat I’ll server was ready to go because she had a headache. She reminded us of that plenty times. Took our order brought the food out and had the nerve to say are you going to eat that s**t. She then says she gets migraines constantly and vomits while we’re eating. As we’re eating she sits and waits for us too eat and then rushes us to the pay bill.. this is ridiculous horrible service!! Doubt I’ll go back to this location!
my wife and i my son and my daughter and her 2 kids 6 &4 when we walked in the young lady told us we could only sit 4 @ a table we told her we would set @ another table she then left went to bar the bartender looked @ us like we were trash she never came back to tend to us we then walked out. went to buffalo wild winds and were treated with respect you missed out on about 150.00 never will i go back you all need classes on customer service.
I stopped in today, 3/26/22 for lunch with the family and was told there was a 20-minute wait when there was hardly anyone in there. Majority of the customers were at the bar and crowded on one side. The other side had maybe 5 tables occupied, which raised the question, why is there a 20-minute wait. I was there with my 3-year-old, so there was no confusing me wanting to sit at the bar. This will be my last visit to this location. There always seems to be something wrong here.
Poor service due to poor management. One young man was serving half the restaurant. Two girls were over at a booth chatting it up the. One of the girls went to another booth, opened her laptop and Our waiter asked her when her break would be over because she had been off for over an hour. Her response was “I’m doing my homework! If I go home I’m not coming back!” Never refilled our drinks and we asked to order dessert and he said I can get to go for you. I said no I’d like to eat it here. He also took the soft drink off opposed to my chips and salsa as it is cheaper. I had to have him fix it. I think he was just overworked from no help and management didn’t come out once.
Got to give them five stars. They are short staffed and dealing with seating restrictions. We waited an hour for a large table and we had a young man in training as our server. Not only did he do very well, but the lady training him was exceptional. They worked as a team and even people from the kitchen helped bring out food. 100% team work and for that I wish I could give more stars.
