We were here from our of state and stopped in for dinner since Chili's is our go to. We sat at the bar area and our server was nice and food came out fast. Everything looked and tasted delicious. I got shrimp tacos and my daughter got the cajun chicken pasta. We shared the skillet queso. It was all very good.
The service I had here was PHENOMENAL!! I got the "3 for Me" that comes with a drink, appetizer, and entrée. Let me tell you, I did not have to wait for anything. Immediately when I was done eating my appetizer (a house salad) my cajun shrimp pasta came out nice and warm. I also didn't have to ask for a refill. My server came out with my drink when I was nearly done.Well done Chili’s, well done ?? ??
Excellent service at Chills to Go very prompt - had Southwestern burritos the dough was flaky and delicious perfecto!
Went to this location, stood at the front about 10 minutes with at least 3 front of house staff members standing in the kitchen staring at us before finally coming out to tell us it would be 45-55 minutes because they had no servers and only one bartender. I hadn’t been to this location in years because service and food quality had been on the decline, and I see not much has changed. Will not be giving another chance. Went to the location on ambassador and it was a completely different experience. Save yourself some frustration and just go to Ambassador.
tried again and again to give Chili's a chance to redeem themselves as the surrounding Chili's in Lafayette can't seem to get things right ordered one thing and as usual they prepared what they felt like preparing I highly recommend another option for lunch or dinner besides Chili's
Tried to eat lunch at this location. Unfortunately experience was not good at all. Disgusting to be exact. When we arrived we had to wait because no one was there to greet us. The young lady working was super nice though. The restaurant smelled like old wet laundry, and dirty mop water, the tables, cups & utensils were filthy. I walked into the restroom to wash my hands and the smell was horrible!!!! To top if off the booth where we sat had dry boogers rubbed against the wall where I was sitting. I was disgusted and had to cancel my tables order.
Today is my birthday and all I wanted was to go to dinner at Chili’s with my family. We drove thirty minutes only to be told once we got to the restaurant that they would not seat us because we had group more than 4 people. (We had a party of 5.) You are only serving tables of 4 or less?! Come on Chili’s…Thanks for ruining the one thing I was looking forward to most today, my birthday dinner. Needless to say I will never visit this location ever again. We will take our business across the road to Elpaso. Their margaritas are better anyway.
The wait wasn't long but the service was atrocious. It took our waitress 20mins to bring water. Received salad with dirty silverware. Had to ask for plastic ware. Food took another 30mins to come out. The ticket was wrong twice. The to go plates took longer to receive than the food. I would not recommend this location.
I will never order steak fajitas from chili's ever again. Do they even use real beef? It was mushy and the texture was not right. The skillet queso great though.
We stood at the hottest stand for 10 minutes. The bartender and waiters saw us, but did nothing. The place was practically empty, but we couldn't get good service. This was an embarrassingly bad experience.
