Expensive and no free soda refills. Total rip-off!
Kept getting my order wrong.
Had a spicy chicken sandwich. Chicken was dry, waffle fries were not hot. Waste of money.
Food not hot and forgot the bacon..went back to get the bacon n gave me cold bacon. I didn't eat the chicken sandwich at all

Friendly GOOD FOOD. Very disappointed I was not told in advance there are no refills on soda ! suggestions: notify guest no refills then the guest can choose to order a larger size or request no ice esp since the cup was more than 1/2 full with ice.
Horrible. Old cold food! And you don’t get a refill on soda anymore! Dumb!
Chick-fil-A was absolutely bussin. The chicken is juicy, the employees are fantastic, and the buns are toasty. 10/10, would eat again.
