Today was the worse experience that I have ever had with Chick-fil-A. You know its bad when your 6 yr old says dad my food is cold. We had to send our food back and then it took a while to receive our food. While waiting on our food I witnessed another customer with a problem with his order. They had to make his sandwich 3 times. The manager never step in when I addressed the material to her she just looked at me with no concern or answer.
We drove 30 minutes to this location after finding the closest was temporary closed down. The food wasnt hot but it was doable. However, I was completely disgusted after finding a perfectly in tact finger nail in my drink. I thought it was hard plastic at first but was completely grossed out to find it wasn't. I really wish it had been because now I can't shake the experience. I'm sure it was a mistake, but how did someone not realize they were missing a nail while preparing the Lemonade?
Apparently EVERYBODY wants the cobb salad. I could hear the driver in the car ahead of me order it and was told they were out of them. Dang it! After waiting in line for over 20 minutes!! I got a Southwest Chicken salad instead. It was good, but I so wanted that cobb salad.
Chick-fil-A on Louisiana Ave has really good service. Unfortunately today, when I picked a spot to sit and enjoy a Number 1 (sandwich with fries) the spot I chose had what seemed to be BBQ or Polynesian sauce on the seat. With great respect to this particular Chick-fil-A, that is by no means a slight to the workers quality of service, or quality of meals. I wholly blame covid for this minor detail.
Parking was a chore and the staff didn't get out order right. They all seemed really stressed out. However, its cfa, so good food, clean store. Well return if I'm ever out that way.
Was overcharged. Charged for BBQ sandwich didn't get or order and fries were cold and nuggets lukewarm! Great first visit but NOT this visit!!
Super fast mobile order to go. Ate outside with the family and doggie. Great time. Will definitely be back in future road trips!
Always clean and fresh food. This location always has a line wrapped around the block, but don't let that stop you. The line moves very fast with people taking orders all the way down the line. My favorite is the original with extra pickles. It's my favorite chicken!
We were not given everything in our order, the line in the drive thru was incredibly long, and the person taking orders was struggling a lot. I understand bad days but we love Chick-fil-A and expected more. Saddest part was that my chicken nuggets and fries tasted like burned oil.
Waited in a 30 min line…when we finally made it to the window we saw about 6 employees (all teenagers) laughing and joking with each other…none of them were really doing anything as I got to observe them for over 7mins waiting at that window. Worst chikfila experience ever.
