Yesterday was not the boiler Day...crawfish was uncook....not season like I asked ? & that's my favorite spot!! C'mon
We ordered 2 sacks of crawfish for Easter and I must say that everybody really enjoyed the crawfish. They were really big, the color of the crawfish was perfect. Will be ordering some more really soon. If you’re looking for some good, big crawfish go to Chez Francisco I promise you will not be disappointed.

Today I purchased medium sized crabs. I didn’t check them nor did she show them to me. My mistake. Trusting they were medium. When I got home. When I opened the bag. I was so disappointed and disgusted to see a bag of small crabs. If they sold this as medium it would be against the law for them to sell small ones.

I have enjoyed the freshest seafood around from Francois for years. If you want it they have it. The lady behind the register can be a little rude, but if you want fresh high quality seafood live or cooked that's the spot. Drove 80 plus miles to visit them today! That should say it all!
Best crawfish. Amazing flavor and they cooked them just right. I also got some shrimp and fish too.
Rude and has bad customer service. I entered the store about an hour before closing and everyone was standing in an office. They looked at me and said nothing. I grabbed an item out of the freezer and proceeded to the counter to order fish fillets. Again no one came to the counter to see if I was ready to check out. It was like I was bothering them. When the guy finally asked what I needed who by the way was coming from somewhere else, was very rude. There were 2 catfis
