Starting off, the service is good! I loved the staff especially the to-go staff guys. The food is really amazing! It was not overly seasoned but not bland either like other popular Italian chained restaurants. I got the classic trio which was fettuccine Alfredo, lasagna, and chicken parm. It was delicious and only costed $27. I recommend this restaurant if you are visiting in Louisiana.

We are regulars at this location and today was by far the best service we have ever had!!! Our waiter 'Kent" has always been good to us!! He has served us several times and has made a point to remember our orders to perfection!!! There are a couple other waiters that are just as good as Kent, but he has gone far beyond anyone has shown us at any restaurant!! He knows that we need extra napkins, we also love the herbs and always brings us extra of that and bread!!! We literally don't have to ask for anything!!!!! Our food is mostly spot on, it has been a few times we have had to send our fish back to be cooked right but I know thats the cooks fault! Today was not one of those days tho!!! It was perfect!!!! Thats the only reason I'm not giving a 5 star. Several times the fish is under cooked or the pasta will be cold, needing more sauce, or the noodles will be clumped together. Not often but it has happened. I love going and enjoy my service alot!! Please keep up the great work!!! Look forward to our next meal!!!!

The food was okay and the waitress did the best he could. I really just don't care for Italian food sometimes. The location is okay and assess from the highway traffic was kind of messy.

We arrived at 11:45am. We’re seated outdoors, menu and flatware arrived. Then we have to go remind the hostess desk twice that we need a waiter. And finally decide to leave at 1:35pm, without seeing anyone!

The appetizer (mozzarella marinara) was very good. Lasagna was nothing to write home about. Eggplant parmesan was undercooked. Wait staff was distracted. We had not been to this location for quite some time. Unfortunately it seems we won't be returning any time.soon.

Great service and great food. We stopped in for our night before a race meal and the portions were great for carb-loading. Reasonably priced for the quality and amount of food you get.

Excellent food and customer service! My husband and I were having an issue using our online gift card for a take out order. The manager and staff went above and beyond to help us solve the issue. When we arrived home, our food was hot, fresh, and delicious! I highly recommend the stuffed mushrooms, perfectly baked bread along with the 3 dipping sauces, the chicken parmesan, fettuccine Alfredo, and the steak with their butter. And what would an amazing dinner be without a delectable desert! The tiramisu is to die for! I want to thank Carrabba's for making our anniversary special and we will be back!

Placed a take out order in the restaurant. Service was quick and my order was correct when I got back to the hotel. The Chicken Bryan was delish! The garlic mashed potatoes were a bit runny but flavorful.

The atmosphere is nice, but that’s about it… I ordered a medium well sirloin only to receive what is shown in the image below (medium rare). Everything else has a weird aftertaste, or is bland and flavorless.

The service was very good. The food, however, was a huge disappointment. Two in my party ordered the sirloin cooked to medium. At best, the temp on the meat was medium rare and the consensus was that it was one of the worst steaks they could remember having. The broccoli that came with the kid's chicken breast tasted strange. The mashed potatoes.... meh. I enjoyed the lasagna but I'm not convinced it wasn't reheated. The lentil and sausage soup was quite enjoyable. With so many other restaurants to choose from (and a phenomenal chef for a spouse), my family won't be returning to Carrabba's.
