Even the busiest days the staff should always be smiling, that wasn't the experience. Takes a lot to mess up a snow cone but somehow they managed. Simple spearmint was served watery and lacking that sharp pop you expect. Must've been sitting out from a previous order? I'd love to have given a 5 star rating because they've been in business for a long time, but I clearly caught them on an off day.
I went two days in a row treating friend at work while the A/C was out. They make awesome snowballs at decent prices. I honestly thought I would have paid more but, didn't. The staff were so friendly and the young man taking orders outside sped up the process for the line that was there. I made a suggestion for holders, due to buying 4 with one free drink holder. I suggest giving them a try!???✌️
I love Cajun Sno. The line is always crazy long, but that just means they have good merchandise. But if we could get that wait time down, it would be a perfect experience. 30+ min for a snowball is a bit much, but they are REALLY good.

The pina colada is really good. I drive further to go here because their ice is much finer than other places. But bring cash ...no cards accepted.
The snowball was good but the snowball wasn't what I was accustomed too. Snowball with a nice big mound on top.
