Called and was placed on hold for a long period of time. I decided to dine in instead only to be told they were not seating anyone because the kitchen was backed up nor were they taking to go orders (which is probably why the just left me on hold).
The food was very fresh ! They had good service and the bathrooms was kept very clean.
My son and I had a great time with his friends and their mothers. The service was absolutely wonderful.
Wings were dry. Waitress was very nice great service but when told the wings were dry and overcooked but the second round was drowning in sauce. Kitchen must have had wings sitting around too long
Came with my wife and 2 kids. Service was subpar and we had to wait 20 minutes to order food. Service was just really bad. I do not recommend ordering the fried pickles. For $8 we got served 16 fried pickles.
Terrible service, I ordered traditional wings to go. I got there about 10 minutes after I ordered knowing I was early no big deal. They were not very busy from what I could tell. Both the hostess and the to go cashier looked mad for being there early. I told them my name for the order then sat down and waited. I sat there for 30 minutes after I got there. At one point I told the cashier that I believe that is my food and she said no. Finally after there were 4 people in line for to go she decided to to look again and guess what it was my food the whole time. She didn’t apologize or anything. By the time I got back to work it was cold and nasty.
BWW was definitely a fun new experience. Our first time eating here. We didn't know what to expect, but the dining room was enormous. Large screen tvs everywhere—kind of sensory overload and very crowded. But the table still felt private. There must have been 15 different wings sauce flavors to choose from. We ordered 30 wings for $35 and split that into 6 sauces. We loved every single flavor except the mango habanero was way too spicy! The service was stellar and the price was perfect for what we got. We'll definitely be going back. Delicious! Ask for extra napkins!

Had the BEST service EVER tonight!!Our waitress Crystal was ON POINT! Never ran out of drinks and food came out quickly.. She was SOOO nice and seemed like a really sweet young lady..Hopefully next time we go she'll be working again..
Had a great time! Abbie is a wonderful Server! Definitely going back!
